This is a real scam. Once you sign up with WM, it is virtually impossible to cancel. You cannot cancel online, and no one who answers the phone can do it for you. It takes hours and hours to get through to the one person in the country (Michael in Phoenix) who ends up adding a cancellation fee of $75 dollars to pick up their own trash can. NEVER sign up with this company. If you do, you will watch your monthly charges go up exponentially without warning, rhyme or reason. And when you have finally reached the right person to cancel, they will offer to cut your charges in half, with the only guarantee being that they will double within a month. STAY CLEAR OF WASTE MANAGEMENT!
Recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!!!

Worst company ever. Stay away from them. They should fire all of its senior management for being incompetent. Multiple missed pickups, charge you for weekly pickups when you change to a monthly service. Don't reimburse you when they say they will. Breach their contract by not delivering dumpster. They will fight you every step of the way and not resolve your problems.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND AGAIN DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH WASTE MANAGEMENT. MY WORSE MISTAKE AS A BUSINESS OWNER. MY BUSINESS PARTNER AND I HAVE WASTED MULTIPLE HOURS AND MONEY DEALING WITH THESE NON-PROFESSIONALS.
