I shop at Walmart every payday, for me that's Friday so i save the weeks adds from other stores so i can price match i do this for better prices plus it keeps me from having to visit different stores to get what i need.I have had experiences that have left me where i'm to the point i get jittery when i wanna price match because the cashiers give me such i hard time, this last time i had all the adds with me and she had to call her Superviser to''verify'' the product was ok to match on..the superviser told her it was fine..might not seem like a big deal but when you shop at a store that always is packed, never has more then 6 lanes open and huge lines waiting to check out it get pretty old..And its not like i was buying a big screen tv...was eggs and a 20 pack of coke lol...and the difference was maybe a few bucks for the both!..I could certainly understand needing to call a Superviser for a huge difference but?omg plus the adds were right there..To make a long story short, it seems greedy to me, the cashier said workers have been fired for not checking with there leads about price matching...I plan on finding me a decent little locally owned store to shop at from now on..Might cost a little more but it is worth it, not having to fight the cashiers at Walmart verbally to get the sale prices...

Okay, let me start, I used to be a cashier at the Ogden Walmart and I can understand you are frustrated when the cashier questions you but, little do a lot of customers know, we HAVE to check any ad for something that is over 1 dollar difference, and I've had many customers bring in ads yes, but I've also had some that bring ads that are expired. Therefor we have to sometimes check, and it got very frustrating when a customer had attitude about us having to look, If you don't have anything to worry about... Why be pissed? I don't miss that job at all for this very reason. People like you that get mad at us for something we are required to do.

Once you override an item down a certain amount or percentage, it's going to flag for a manager and need their keys and numbers entered into the register. And seeing as it was a TV I would guess it was at least $50 which is actually a decent amount and that would likely need the manager

I have read all the replies on here Lauren and on the other review you posted and it is obvious you are the one with the brain disease and the one who needs to see a shrink. You are delusional.

Tasha3, do you have a disease of the brain? Go check it with a shrink?
There's something on this website called "NICKNAME" besides "USERNAME" and you can have a username but "DISPLAY NAME" OR NICKNAME could be different. That's why the impersonator can choose the NICKNAME or DISPLAY NAME the name the same like mine. But if you click on the name link, it will show when the account was created and you can tell it's two different account, GOT IT ###?

Tasha3, what lies? You're just too dumbfounded to possess any analytical skill to tell from black and white.
It's people like you that make this country the way it is today. Racist ###.

Ignore all the black-haters on this website. They obviously have no jobs so they have nothing to do but go to a public complaint website to post racist comments against black people and screeaming "White power united" and use the word "play the racecard" like it's really a game.

Ignore Lauren, Tasha, obviously blacks have no respect or manners. They always play the race card as you say. They even lie to make a simple situation seem like a race issue.

Tasha is a 14 year old girl that is her excuse for acting like a child. What is your excuse? I have seen childish comments from you. Also don't give the BS excuse that someone is posing as you because like Tasha said you gave yourself away.

P.S Before you say something more foolish, my calling you out has nothing to do with your race. It has to do with your attitude.

@Tasha3 has the analytical skill of a child. It might not be so obvious here but it is obvious in his/her replies posted under my complaint topic.
Most people here that does not post a complaint, does not know how it feels to be frustrated over something.
Some people just open an account so they can post "REPLIES" and ### at the OP. Maybe they can never do that in real life because they would get a slapped in the face. ### at someone online gives them some satisfaction to vent their frustrations. (I suggest punching a sandbag or take anger management class). It's understandable.
Also, some people don't like to read the story, analyze it, and put themselves in others' shoes. They'd rather find faults and think of excuses why the complainers should be punished for complaining instead...It's the easy way out.

If the store honor pricematching, then customers can use that privilege. Employees can't complain about something that the store advertises. You can't complain because people use coupons, or pennies to pay for their items...Just like customer can't chose the sale associate, and vice versa.

if you think its a pain to have to have a cashier ask their lead to match the price, imagine how annoying it is to be that cashier and deal with tons of annoying customers who want to price-match everything, and having to deal with that over and over and over all day every day.

you had to be annoyed for a couple minutes, and got to leave and go on with your day. That cashier has to deal with it all day.

Get over it, or shop elsewhere.

"Your ad match is also holding up the people behind you. You sound like one of these people who has a fistful of coupons."

exactly. someone in line wanting to price-match every little item is almost as annoying as someone who pulls out a checkbook.
