Walmart Visa money card

I received a Wal-Mart money card visa in the mail I provided the IRS the the bank account number and the routing number for this card for my stimulus check. The check was due April 30. I never would have believed that such a simple action of registering my card would turn into a complete nightmare resulting in no IRS check being received.
It started with the website wanting to send a confirmation text to an old cell phone number, the website refused to take my text now number as a valid cell phone so I used my daughter's cellphone number now I get a message"unable to process try again later" this is a week prior to April 30. Called customer service first representative could not help no supervisor or tech support available I was told I would get a call within 24 hours no call. Called again I was told case would be setup and try again in an hour did not work. Called again I was told this was only a promotional card this was the most creative lie told. I talked to supervisor was told he was missing information needed to register card and there was nothing I could do. The IRS check was refused I have had no update of when it would be mailed have had no income thanks to the incompetence of the Wal-Mart visa money card.

Walmart Problem with dangerous truck driver

One of wal-mart's truck drivers (truck #158284) tried to wreck me and my car! Today, shortly after 4 p.M., near the intersection of highways 270 and 44 in south st. Louis county, one of your truck drivers tried to run me into a concrete wall! I was trying to merge on the highway, and because of construction the entrance ramp is very short. Wal-mart's truck driver tried to speed up to keep me from merging! This caused me to have to speed up to get in front of him (again, short entrance ramp, no time to let him pass). Well, I guess he didn't like that, because he passed me on the left, swerved into my lane, and tried to crash me into the concrete wall to the right (there was no shoulder). Is this the sort of criminal behavior wal-mart condones from their truck drivers? Believe me, a lot of people are going to hear about this!

Walmart Online grocery shopping

I can't believe Walmart doesn't have any special provisions for the sick and elderly. I have copd, diabetes, a heart condition so they won't waste a ventilator on me if I get covid19 and yet I can't order toilet paper with my groceries. So I must risk my life in the next couple weeks to go in the store to buy toilet paper. When I gave a poor revue after my 45 minute wait to pick up my groceries yesterday they had someone from their Pakistani customer care office call me on the phone. I'm sure you're saving money by not hiring American's. So if you could just publish all your stock holders contact info so I could see if they might be able to spare a roll of TP that would be great. This in no way reflects on the hard working young people who were bringing the groceries out. They are under paid heroes in this pandemic.

Walmart I am complaining about a laptop I purchased

I purchase 2 laptops from your online site that adverstised they came with a free 1 year subscription to micro soft word. The first one I returned and received a full refund and then I purchased a second one to which I was able to login to the mircrosoft word but it would only grant me a limited access then I would have to purchas a product key after only 5 days. I have not been able to get help from any of your customer service supervisors and I spoke with 3. I am very dissappointed with the false advertisement!

Walmart Health Problems

There are 3 or more employees on quarantine at the Walmart on Plantation Rd. in Roanoke Va. The employees have no protection, no gloves, no barrier and they have to buy their own hand sanitizer, also they don't clean the handles on the doors in the cooling, milk e.t.c. If no action is taken in 24 hours, the health dept. will be involved, kids roam the store and handle produce and items are being stolen every day, there is no security guard, the employees are at great risk. Bad enough with proper protection.

Walmart Missing Liner and Pump

The intex ultra xtr 22x52 pool is supposed to ship in 3 boxes.I received box 2 out of 3.Box 2 had the legs, ladder, and skimmer set.I'm assuming box one was the liner and box 3 the pump.It was supposed to ship to me on March 12, 2020.It was a week late.I didn't get it till March 18, 2020.I called walmart.com customer service and got nothing but run around.I asked did you ship all 3 boxes to the pool? She just kept saying we shipped a pool.She then blamed XPO, the shipping service for losing 2 boxes.I called XPO next and they checked the inventory and manifest sheet and Walmart.com only sent one box.Box 2 out of 3.So walmart.com has this same pool listed by vm express.Instead of helping me get the missing 2 boxes she refunded my money.I guess that was easier than trying to help the customer get what they paid for and ordered.Walmart's customer service sucks and XPO wasn't any better but XPO did look for the missing boxes that walmart never attempted to send.So i'm left with box 2 out of 3.I would like the rest of my pool.Intex is conveniently closed due to coronavirus.Shame that they couldn't afford one person to answer a phone and help out a pissed of customer that will never buy intex again.

Walmart Customer Service was rude

I called around 8:10 am in 3/19/2920 to ask what time I could pick up my online order. First, she told me 8 am, I told her my email said 11 am and I wanted to confirm the time. The call was dropped. I called back, someone hung up on me. I called a third time and she was rude. I understand right now is a trying time, but you do not have to be rude. I am disabled and if I would have went there at 8 am like she said, I would have had to wait 3 hours. Walmart has to do better than this.

Walmart Kids Face Mask

A box of 50 pcs kids face mask sell at $59.95. Due to the coronavirus widespread, the price raises up very high. I ordered it online on March 9, 2020. It delivered to me on March 13, 2020. I totally ordered 2 boxes that cost $127.39 including tax. Normally a box of 50 pcs face mask costs less than $20. I'd refund the difference to me to settle the case.

Walmart rebel smuggling llc

This vendor is raising the price of soap.
Taking advantage of the virus epidemic.

Bar soap for Dial usually range from $2.39-$5.99 for 2/4/6 bars
6.99-$11.99 for 18 bars. (depending on the location)

There is not any reason for soap to have a price tag of almost $100.

This ad will be reported to the Attorney General also.

Walmart cheese puffs

Cheese puffs Its like half of them are stale take a few really stale. The others really crisp like halfs fresh. Like they mixed old curls in with fresh curls. bar code top #724404 bottom [protected] 3 Fresh dates best if used by may 11th 2020 code [protected] time 17:19. Had the same thing happen with other chips etc in the past. I worked for a snack company in the past and i am pretty sure thats whats going on here. I pay for fresh snacks thats what i would like to get not half and half.

Walmart Customer Service

I bought a ring from Walmart.com. I called to start a return and they said just bring the order number to the store and you can return it. I went to the store in Rocky Hill, CT and they looked at me like I had 3 heads and gave me a hard time. From the store I called 1-800-Walmart and they took care of it by sending me an email with the slip to send to fed-ex.
They said all the store needed was the Order number and ID, they didn't know why I was given a hard time from the store.
The manager of the store is: Irving Barnor, phone: [protected]. I talked to an employee and an Assistant Manager. This happened on 3-2 at about 9 a.m. They should be held accountable and be reprimanded. Thank you so much. I buy a lot of things on line and should not be treated in such a manor. Thanks! Walmart Pickup Delivery Services

I cancelled a $400 delivery order Friday because it was over 2 hours late and 13 items were substituted that weren't even close to those ordered. Then, stupid me, today, Monday, I ordered a curbside pickup. There was a line of ten cars waiting for a pickup spot, 8 only available, stretching into the main parking lot causing traffic jams and confusion all over. Ok if you're busy, but come to find out, Corporate cut the picker's hours. So this is self inflicted damage. No sympathy. Someone needs to get fired back in Arkansas. Period. Never again WalMart. I'm done. Over and out!

Walmart Self checkout

My wife just returned from Walmart . Only the self checkout is open. She is Cambodian she speaks English but does no read English. And needed help, they were rude to her and asked why she can't read English, I think the news stations should do stories on television about corporate actions like that we did not know that Walmart required it's customers to read English.

Walmart scan & go self checkouts

Yesterday I shopped at the Walmart on West Stone Drive in Kingsport, TN. I was upset to see that they have installed many Scan & Go self checkouts in the front of the store. I am not an employee and I don't want to have to scan my own purchases. I do not get an employee discount and I will shop elsewhere if this is what they want. I sometimes have a cart full of items and I'll be damned if I want to scan them myself and then bag them myself. I might as well stay home and shop online. Also if there is a problem with some product I would still have to get an employee to fix the problem. What about mothers with 2 or 3 kids to watch and now they have to self check out? B.S.!

Walmart great value 5 # bag of boneless skinless chicken breasts

I have been shopping at walmart often, I purchase great value products all the time and so far no problems, except for the chicken breasts (frozen5# packge. Lately the last several times I have got them they are covered with yellow fat the whole skin is not pulled off, and there is bone chards very sharp tiny shards. So far my family has been lucky and not been injured by eating a bone. I just thought someone should tell who ever is on the line of skining and deboning chickens they should step it up and pay attention! These big packages are a great value but not when you are buying 2 pounds of fat and bone please change back to the good packages before someone is hurt.

Walmart Associate Greg

We tried to use our ebt card and he ran it as debt and would not rerun it as what we needed to. Also it seems like everytime we go to his register we get attitude from him. If my husband or I forget something after we have checked out he tells us that we should have gotten it before. He makes us feel three inches small when he says that or treats us like we are a nuisance. We do not appreciate it and will be taking our shopping somewhere else and transferring our prescriptions also to somewhere else even though we have been valued customers since that store opened in 2007 or 2008.

I received the book you sent copyright 2015 — No wrapping! Used with pieces of paper inserted and mail to Leo Taunton, 301 w orange ave, Edinburg TX. [protected]. I am returning the book and expect a refund. I want to cancel my order. Bottom line's treasury of health secrets for seniors. Someone read it and seems did not care for it.

I am still waiting for the bottom line I mag. I purchased.

Walmart beet & dill dip

I just bought (Feb-20) a Greek Yogurt Dip (Beet & Dill) at a Walmart Store (Steels and Markham road) and half-way through eating the dip I saw a big mold chunk inside the dip even though the product was within its expiration date (Ma:2020). I called Walmart and they couldn't be more uninterested about it. Attendant just pulled out her script and asked me to go back to the store to ask for a refund. Now I'll have to drive to store again to try to solve my problem... Hopefully no one will get sick out of it...
