Waffle House review: service

I was in this restaurant for an hour and a half - two hours. Friday June 23, 2023 at the Calera, Alabama location. Approximately 9:00 p.m. - 11 p.m. Our food was cold, it took awhile to get our order, some of our food wasn't even delivered to us. In this process I seen the cook Courtney not listening to the waitresses, but he also grabbed one of them by the crotch. I need not appreciate this service. However, Waffle House is one of my favorite places to eat, I will not be back to this location. I drove 15 minutes to eat here and this was the outcome.
