Waffle House review: Keeps phone off hook, not allowing to put in order for pickup

Numerous times especially on the weekends during early morning hours, I have tried to call in an order for pickup, but the phone would ring once the go to a busy signal. I have talked to all the so call managers, associates and get the same answer, I check it or bring it from the back room some where. Most the time they just take it off the hook so you can't call in a order. I have also seen other customers come in a complain as well about the same thing. We or either trying to get to go when going to work so we won't be late. Most the times I'm trying to get it to go to get to church on times on Sunday mornings. I sure your company is losing business behind this. Please give me an call
