Waffle House review: Complaint

Decided to get waffle house at 5am after work for my children's breakfast that morning. My order was taken by the cashier, the cook advise me that it would be a 25 min wait bc she was cleaning the grill. Went to retrieve my order after waiting in the car for 30 mins. Cashier tells me that the kitchen is closed & she has to refund me my money... But, while I was in my car for those 30 mins they turned around about 8 people. I just assumed that the people didn't want to wait the 25 mins. Just terrible they could have told me that they were making anymore orders bc they didn't wait to clean the restaurant again. Even though I know that's part of the job
