I frequent the same waffle house when I get off work at night because I work third shift. This particular evening coming there tired and sat at the at the bar to take my order. The lady told me that I need to move to the cash register because it was waffle house policy to take my order there. When I know I was audible to be heard as well as I've had my order taken this way numerous times before. When I began to inquire more about this new policy she told me that employees were not writing orders down and then it seemed to me that it wasn't a customer issue but rather an emplo ye issue. She then became rather rude because I was inquiring about this policy and it made me feel very offended and disrespected. She then became very unprofessional saying we didn't have to eat there. However this particular location is near as well as we had visited many times before. I don't usually complain but her level of unprofessionalism n attitude was totally unexceptable. Then the quality of our food wasn't as good as normally. Something should be addressed with this location.
Desired outcome: For this cashier to be held accountable for her actions and unprofessional customer service and disrespectful words
