Waffle House review: Burnt food

I was in your location on 231 S. In Dothan, Alabama this morning a little after midnight with a friend. He ordered a quarter pound cheese burger medium rare and the meat came out burnt. I ordered a ham and cheese omelet and the ham was scorched also ordered bacon and it was burnt the grits was lumpy and the hashbrowns was to be steamed and wasn't.

Desired outcome: This was not a good meal and cost me 21.25
