Waffle House review: Being unprofessional

Myself wife and friend of family were eating at the waffle house when the manger decided to address our server by the name of Becky about being late in front of everyone and it was also a black guy at the high counter also who the manager also got water all over him twice and never said sorry but we thought it was very unprofessional to confront this young lady who was doing an awesome job at servicing us one of the best I've ever had something should be done about this manager by the name KIA I believe she should have waited for that or called her to the back instead of confronting her in front of all of us an honestly Becky should be considered a manager because she handled that professionally like it should be handled but I don't think me and my family will be there anymore
