Vons Bishop, CA. 93514 recently added hand dryer blowers and removed the paper towel dispensers from the bathrooms. Every customer and employee are fearful that the blowers blow around COVID and there are no paper towels to open the door to the restroom. I will report this to the public health department if not remedied immediately. Thank you for your prompt attention.

Until recently, Vons used its personnel to deliver groceries ordered online. It was exemplary. Drivers had Vons refrigerated trucks, with special dollies that could hold at least 15 bags. Deliverers would not accept tips, saying that was Vons policy. They knew how to use the keyboard at the lobby door to gain entrance.
Then Vons switched to using (in my location, possibly others) DoorDash to deliver its orders. Not a single DoorDash order has been satisfactory. Examples:
-Because deliverers must use their own vehicles, frozen foods are often melted.
-A bag of groceries was missing. Vons said they sent it, so it was probably forgotten in a DoorDash driver's car.
-One driver didn't speak English, and couldn't figure out how to use the entry keyboard. I tried to help him over the intercom, but communication was impossible.
-Drivers have no dollies. A driver had to make numerous trips to deliver 13 bags to my apartment.
-Tips are virtually required. I pay them willingly, but it adds to the cost of the groceries.
-If you tell Vons customer service of problems with DoorDash delivery, they say they (Vons) have nothing to do with deliveries; they fill the bags, and DoorDash picks them up.
It is a foolish policy by Vons; they may save $, but they lose customers. I used Vons for grocery delivery since the start of COVID precautions. I'm switching to Whole Foods, which uses Amazon for deliveries.
Desired outcome: Vons returns to using Vons employees to deliver groceries.

My husband bought roses for me for Valentine's day on 2/14 purchase time between 3-4pm. When I opened the roses all the pedals just fell off. Obviously I wasnt going to return them the day of Valentine's so we did today and both my husband and I went into Vons at different times; on 19th street in Rancho cucamonga ca 91701 but neither the supervisor nor the cashier that remembered my husband there the day prior buying it from him wouldnt do anything about it. I, Mrs. Walsh have been shopping at this Vons for over 20 yrs and we're NEVER going back again. The fact that they gave us such a hard time to give us back the money for dieing flowers purchased on Valentine's day. 
All because my husband didnt keep his reciept nor use his vons number because that was the ONLY item purchased which he didnt expect to have issues with! The sign even stated freshness gauranteed!
The cashier even remembered him but they did NOTHING to assistance! Very very disappointing!

I shopped the specials and coupons including buy one get one free for Ritz Crackers, Nabisco Chocolate Chunk cookies and other products and more than 60% was charged wrong. I was overcharged by $23.00 on a 63.00 purchase and had to stand at the register going over all the overages for 10 minutes following checkout. This is disgraceful and I will never shop at vons again the "computer" is not to blame - people are - and this overcharging problem is not the first time this has happened to me - only the latest and by far worst yet! You should not be in business when your customer has to take time to check every item purchased for mistakes and rest assured it will the last time I experience this at vons. Ralphs is way better at controlling their business and I have never has do doubt the purchases I make. This is a disgrace. I am on cal fresh as well so every dollar counts!
Desired outcome: I don't know - assurances you know how to correct these problems and issue me a voucher for free purchases for $23.00 would be a start.

I was forced to buy the Safeway O brand WHOLE BERRY Cranberry SAUCE because there wasn't any other kind. What I got in the can was a watery and overly cranberry flavored substance that could have been drunk through a straw since there wasn't a single whole berry in it. Online delivery charges to credit card
It has been a struggle for online shopping with Vons-Albertsons. The purchase system involved in ordering online an delivery is too difficult on the consumer. The customer has to check and recheck status of the amount charged and paid. Usually a nominal amount is charged to your account until the order is complete, delivered, and the True Full Charge is known. Now, Vons has decided to charge the full amount of the purchase, immediately. So if your "rewards" and coupons, etc. are taken off or (which happens every order) there are substitutions or items missing, the Real Charge can been $100 difference on a $150 order. So the store get to keep the charge interest (example $100) for a few days (which would be huge with many people ordering) and then will either delete the current charge and replace. Who can tell? This system of payment just started. Probably will stop ordering for delivery online from this company.

Meat department
I live under a mile from your store on san fernando mission / balboa in the san fernando valley. I've been as patient as I can with this meat department. I've been shopping here since oct 2019. Not long but long enough. They are always out of meat add product and tell me the same thing each visit. You have to be here by 2 lol. Omg really? I managed meat departments for 22 years and maybe twice a year ran short on meat ad items. This manger is so bad that today when I showed up they had 100 packages of thin cut ribeyes and zero thick or even regular cut. I'm done wasting my time here. You've lost a customer.
