My number with Vodafone is +91-[protected]. I have been using this service for a year now, but the network issue at my residence does not seem to be getting resolved. I had raised a complaint in july for the issue, and was promised resolution in 120 days. As a customer I regularly checked with Vodafone Care on the status update and was assured of this getting resolved, but in vain.

I do not wish to loose my number by switching to a new service provider. Agents whenevr I have called up keeping hanging the phone as they do not have a resolution.

There is no need for a company liek vodafone to keep agents like these who cannot rconvicne a customer and hangup on them.

Please give me a resolution after going thru the record number of times I have called up.

    I came in on 23 feb in vodafone using MNP 4m reliance, cell no [protected]. But vodafone co SAY some thing But do OTHER thing.they harassed me By giving So called service Call or SMS 2day they Bearred my out going call without any logical reason. Their SO sincere executive called me 5 times in 2 days & said i m sorry we resolving the problem BUT nothing changed. i don't know why they called me so much and BEARRED out going call. This is the international Quality service. Now i must say i made a mistak used MNP & board on VODAFONE.

    I have been a Vodafone subscriber ( CELL NO [protected] )in Mumbai for more than 6 years now due to their network issue i decided to port out to IDEA . I requested for Port-out from Vodafone to IDEA under the new MNP Policy but the same was rejected by Vodafone . I got a message of "contractual obligations( I HAD DE -ACTIVATED ALL VALUE ADDED SERVICE IN ADVANCE ) . On checking with their Customer Care i was told it was due to some technical error ( THEY ARE MASTERS IN BLUFFING ) ..I had de-activasted all my value added service before sending port out message ...i knew some excuse and haressment will be done to me for sure. . from 6th APRIL i was continously sending mails / speaking to these Nodal Officers and I GOT ONLY ONE REPLY FROM THEM ( WITHIN 48 hrs your no will be port out )( I got some request no [protected]/[protected]/ [protected]/[protected]/[protected]
    I mailed to Trai / DOT / Consumer Compaint about the problem i am facing from VODAFONE

    Finally got a call from Vodafone on 14.04.2011 and they had confirmed that your contract obligation will be cancelled/de-activated but asked me to visit vodafone store and same can be done at vodafone store .I requested them to please do it on your end caus i am having a busy schedule, they gave me a negative reply and asked me to visit vodafone store.
    Well not being my fault i visted Vodafone SION MUMBAI branch on 14.04.2011( 6.00 PM ) . After waiting for almost an hour finally i was called .. i told Vodafone Store officer( PARVEZ ) to De-Activate my Contract Obligation ..he started asking me questions ( why you porting out / what is the problem you facing with us ? ) i told him that i have a prob of Network at my place and you just cancel the contact so that i can port out caus my porting no was getting expired on 15.04.2011 . He rudely replied that it cant be done from their side and ill have to wait for 48 hrs more. I asked me why you people harassing me that made him wild and then he called NOSHEEN ( Vodafone Sion BRANCH INCHARGE ) She dint had any manners to talk and she started Questioning very rudely why u came here to vodafone Store who told you . I Replied her that i will escalate this matter to high Authority after that they gave me 2 Request Nos ( [protected] and [protected] ) and confirmed within 48 hrs your no will be port out .On 16th i got a call from Vodafone and was asked the reason for portout to which i replied with the same answer, he finally told me that your no will be portout. I messaged for new Porting code no on 16.04.2011 and Got a new Porting code ( VM259977).
    I gave my porting code no to IDEA and in 4 Hrs again VODAFONE rejected my port out sending me the same message ( number or range is in Contractual Obligation )


    Well now i feel only media can help us .
    I would request everyone think twice before taking Vodafone connection

    hello my experience with vodofone is horrible.

    i lost my dad on 20th of june.
    i didnt go out as people were coming to meet me .

    suddenly on 24th of june comes two messages saying that hello you just spoke to some girls
    i forgot their names .they asked me how is their response in their office.
    again today 25th of june there comes a message
    saying that as per your requirement we have chnaged your tarriff plan.
    i phoned to customer care of vodofone, the response says sir you had been to our office in kolhapur today and you were there in sangli vodofone office yesterday.

    i narrated the whole story even then the customer care person says that i have to go to their vodofone office in person and enquire and he told me that he cant help to me.
    this is very embarassing.
    i request authorities of vodofone to look into the matter.
    even after my phone also they are not lifting the phone.
    i am feeling sorry for VODOFONE dealings

    Vodafone Shop Contact number:

    1. Get your latest bill from the shop.
    2. Look at the FAX number they provided.
    3. Change the last digit of the fax number and dial
    4. Keep changing the last digit until somebody picks up!

    For example: number for Vodafone Store in Hypercity:
    +[protected] (because fax is 671 00 985!)

    Sir, madam
    I am running prepaid recharge shop in chennai . Except vodafone all my distributers are given me easy deal sim card. with easy card how can i service to my customers & how can i recharge. so unable to give new prepaid connection to my customers

    With out easy how can i recharge him so plze arrange easy sim for me other wise i nt sale your products. i complient in chennai nodal officer but not take take any steps past 4 months. so i complient to yours

    Documents Verification

    1. The data received from our principals will be sorted on pin code basis for allocating to the respective executives. Executives are allocated pin code in such a way that their traveling time is minimized and time available to them can be used productively. One executive can be given 10-15 cases a day.

    2. Executive will visit the customer’s premises and interview the customer himself or any member of the family or staff. He will fill up the forms on the spot and obtain customers / convened persons signature on the same.

    4.     5. In case of untraceable addresses or customer having shifted out of the premises, the status is intimated immediately to principals.

    6. If telecalling is desired for Contact Point Verification, the same can be carried out after allocating the accounts to tele-callers unequal numbers. The questions asked will be basis, e.g. Address, Landmark, designation, nature of business etc.
