My number with Vodafone is +91-[protected]. I have been using this service for a year now, but the network issue at my residence does not seem to be getting resolved. I had raised a complaint in july for the issue, and was promised resolution in 120 days. As a customer I regularly checked with Vodafone Care on the status update and was assured of this getting resolved, but in vain.
I do not wish to loose my number by switching to a new service provider. Agents whenevr I have called up keeping hanging the phone as they do not have a resolution.
There is no need for a company liek vodafone to keep agents like these who cannot rconvicne a customer and hangup on them.
Please give me a resolution after going thru the record number of times I have called up.
