I purchased an HTC e lite from Blue Label Connect in December 2024.The phone just died in March 2025, well within the 6-month warranty period.Despite submitting it for repair,they refused to repair or replace it without asking me to pay, which is unacceptable and unlawful under the warranty..
I am still being charged R395/month for a phone I cannot use. Customer service has been slow and unhelpful.
Recommendation: I cannot recommend Blue Label Connect for anyone who wants reliable support and warranty service.
