Vivint review: Vivint cancelled my appointment and did not tell me

I don't know why anyone does business with these people. I opened a new location and needed approx 12 cameras installed.
Set up the account, paid the $500.00 deposit, appointment confirmed. And I know the appointment was confirmed because the sales rep said he walked downstairs to speak with the 'liaison' personally to confirm. I also received an email confirming the appointment day and time.
Day and time came and went. I called to ask where my tech was as it was getting onto 4 PM and this is a full install. Mandy told me they canceled the appointment hours ago because the tech was double booked. Did anyone notify me? No. Am I rescheduled? Oh no. Just waiting for me to call in, I guess. Can I get the tech I was promised? No. Tomorrow? No. Maybe next week. Are you kidding me?
I hope wherever they sent my tech instead of coming to do my install was more important than a new account. I'll go find a reputable company. CALL ANYONE ELSE
