My complaint continues. Vivint finally came out to remove my cameras after they didn't show up for the first visit. As they were uninstalling the equipment they damaged several walls but that wasn't the worse they also damaged my thermostat that caused my AC not to work. I had to hire a A/C person to come out and fix Vivant's damages. When I contacted Vivint they could care less because my account was closed. So basically, they can come to your house and install and if you cancel they can care less of the damage they have done or the cost you now have to fix all the problems Vivant has created. Please find another security system before you choose Vivint. There customer service is awful.
