The previous homeowners of the house we just bought had the Vivint security system so I figured we would do the free trial. We determined we didn’t need it and it has been TERRIBLE trying to cancel. I have sat on the phone for a collective 3 hours being passed on from person to person who give me the run around and more offers to try to get me stay. When I say I just want to cancel I’m now faced with another sales person who has 12 million questions to ask me about why I’m cancelling and if I used the system and on and on. If there was any part of me that was going to get a security system in the future, I would not use Vivint because their customer service is awful to work with and does not respect my time in the slightest.
Recommendation: Choose any other security company
