Purchased tickets for 10/05/2025 for Hamilton at Citizens Bank Opera House, Boston MA. Finally received an email confirmation for the event the day before . I had to log into the Vivid websit and download their app over and over. The ticket was for Mezzanine Right Row: 0 and I was instructed I had to use and IOS or Android mobile device to gain entry to the event. The two tickets were for $331.34. I was told that their was a problem when we tried to gain entry and we were directed to the Citizen's box office rep, named Taylor. She showed us these were enot tickes at all as they did not show a row or seat number. Taylor was wonderful and sold us great seats right there, for $30.00 each. What a scam VIVIDSEATS are.

Claimed loss: $331.34(approx $16.00 in insurance for the tickets

Desired outcome: I paid through my VISA card and have contacted them about this dispute.
