Karen, the new manager imported to Bogart's from Arizona.
The woman is an absolute nightmare and very discriminatory.
She denies tickets to certain people(discrimination).
If a release comes up at the ticket window she will discriminate who is allowed to purchase them.
She comps tickets to many concerts personally(and/or have bouncers, security, personnel) although it is a paid admission at the ticket window.In other words, some patrons have to buy a ticket yet another patron only a few feet away is given a comp ticket by a Bogart's employee.
Bogart's employees have personally tried to sell comp tickets given to them right in front of the venue.
Karen has tried to bully and personally take tickets right out of people's hands.
When personally confronted about any or all of the above issues, she states that she has the right to do so because Bogart's is a private company.If this is so, why do you have to buy tickets through Live Nation?I believe she is lieing and they are an affiliate to Live Nation.(Note:Live Nation personally come in and check on things on a regular basis).
I have been personally denied tickets at the ticket window and can attest to all stated facts above on numerous occasions.
I am at present looking into legal means into what I can do about this.
