VitalChek Network review: Ordered certificate did not receive and they told me to call the dept of health myself

Do not count on VitalChek delivering your certificate or document on time or ever, nor refunding you as they claim they will do if you never receive your order. They charge so much extra money for their services (a $15 birth certificate suddenly turns into $50 and tons of silly back and forth over email). Even after all that, I will like have to engage the entire expensive and wasteful process all over again with only the will of God guiding my package to me as VitalChek does nothing to ensure it is delivered.

And given that VitalChek is a business that takes working people's money by acting as a middle man and doing nothing else, you would assume that if something you ordered got sent back to the agency where VitalChek ordered it from because of VitalChek's negligence, VitalChek would also act as middle man in order to get it returned properly. Alas, after saying they would do as much when I begged both UPS and VitalChek to hold my document at a nearby UPS facility during a major weather event, literally a HURRICANE, neither company attempted to hold the package for me and instead shipped it right on back to the agency where it was from. VitalChek then responded to me with a phone number of the agency instructing me to DO THEIR JOB and call the Dept of Health myself to reorder entirely. What a joke of a business. After spending nearly $50 to get a birth certificate ordered and sent to me I'm convinced that VitalChek is yet another SCAM we have to wade through just to get basic items with inflated prices.
