I have contacted them twice via email and no bothered to contact me back. I have been sitting on the phone for over 40 minutes. This is definitely unacceptable, I live out of state from my birth place, this is the only means I have in getting my birth records.

I had a family emergency that needed emendate attention out of the state that I live in. I can not change any of the accepts of delivering my package and no help has been offered.

Why should I pay for their services when there is no services.

Desired outcome: I want my records shipped to the address I am currently at, for I can not return home till the family situation has stabilized.
