Whilst we doubt the authenticity of this review it does give us the opportunity to reply in kind.

To be honest we had never heard of IXP Visas and no, none of our persons of significant control have had any involvement here.

As per our website you will note that we are an agile and streamlined network of professionals who truly embrace the Let’s Go! spirit. We utilize the latest IT technology to communicate and work effectively and efficiently on behalf of our clients. We are far from ‘traditional’ and don’t limit our client service to ‘old world’ stuffy offices and bureaucracy. We are an online network who firmly believe that to be sat in a dusty office on a windswept industrial estate would 'destroy our soul'. We also don't believe in hiding behind 'virtual' offices.

This approach allows us to recruit and retain the best talent in our small client focused team. We have no plans for World domination, to be the 'biggest' or the 'most profitable', simply to provide the highest standards of client care in a challenging and complex legal environment.

All our telephone calls are recorded for compliance purposes although we have been unable to locate a client record with your name.

We have discussed this internally refuse to engage in tit for tat brand damagement and look forward to 2017. We are more than happy to engage in discussions with competitors and find these conversations to be both healthy and productive. It is beyond my understanding how this company can be allowed to continue. When I looked at the site I was take in by the videos showing containers in ship yards, expensive advertising in Paris one of my favourite countries. They I discover they do not even have an office!

They claim the extract below on their site which is another clear CON AND FAKE - This worse than the FAKE videos for me as it tried to justify previous complaints:

"Every case is always managed by at least two senior consultants, one of which will be an Australian MARA Registered agent. This also ensures 24hr coverage during the most critical times of your application."

In my experience this is NOT TRUE - the first person was a sales person who was so convincing but unfortunately lied or simply did not have the experience to give the correct advice. I lost all my money and was cheated. I report them to MARA - When I spoke to MARA they said can not take any action as they are not in Australia. I am going to send my file to ANDREW PENMAN at the DAILY MIRROR who protects consumers, as he has dealt with them before and Global Visas a business just like them I have learned went bust and ran off with their victim's money.

Please don't get ripped off like I was - I have no idea what I am going to tell my family. I am so angry but mainly with myself as I read this site and ignored the warnings thinking I knew better - I feel a complete fool.

Such a sad indictment of the industry in the UK currently that there are companies out there that feel that brand 'damagemnt' is the way forward. Unfortunately these things don't just damage one, they impact all and lessen the opinion of the migrating public as a whole. These tactics actually play directly into the hands of those Firms who adopt a more offline approach to client acquisition and so begs the question, 'why bother?'

We simply don't engage in negative reputation tactics preferring instead to dedicate our time and effort to bespoke client service. We know all our clients exceptionally well and are always at the end of the phone or email (even at weekends) for any issues that may arise during what is a long, complex and often frustrating process.

Our retained MARA agents engage with clients right from the very start along with our dedicated account managers and clients are always free to address issues or concerns in line with the MARA code of conduct. Unusually for the sector though, we know our clients so well that issues and questions can be dealt with and rectified long before they are ever escalated.

We don't currently work with any external companies in the UK migration market.

We are a network of migration professionals, no stuffy offices, no cramped sales teams, and crucially we actually reject more clients than we take on. Our modest client group is loyal, well serviced and successful in their applications. We are proud to be part of their journeys and many become friends over the time we work with them.

Words simply cannot express how disappointed we feel to be targeted in this way. As ever though, we dust ourselves down, carry on and refuse to be drawn into these negative practices.
