Last Monday, Nov 25, we drove to your Grande Prairie store with the intent of purchasing a Sony 75" tv. The salesman that we dealt with convinced us that we would be happier with the Samsung 75" tv (UN75RU8000) because of picture quality and clarity. We discussed a soundbar and sub-woofer package but it was just beyond our means especially with added warranty costs. We set the tv up and are happy with the quality of it so far. Now we have noticed online that there was a Samsung 75" tv (UN75NU6900) available for less money that included a Klipsch soundbar and wireless sub-woofer. It is very disappointing that we were not told about this model or given the option of choosing this complete set for less money. Given the higher cost of the tv that we purchased, we should have automatically received the soundbar and sub-woofer bonus. The salesman said that there was nothing that they could do and were sorry that we weren't given more options while in the store to make a more informed decision. It has been disappointing.
