Warning: this store is currently advertising items they know they do not have in stock, then changing ("upgrading") to different models before mailing the item to the customer. A few days ago, I placed an order for a samsung 50h5203 tv because they had a good price. The ad said "limited quantities" but my order went through, no problem. To make sure they had enough, I tried to place an order for 50 more tv's, just to see if I could checkout, and there was no problem... Then, on the day the tv was to be shipped, I called them to inquire about the status of my order. They said it was about to be shipped... And "oh! By the way, I have been upgraded to another model. " this newer model is poorly rated and I had no interest in buying it. They asked if there was another tv I wanted, and I chose another one whose ad also said "limited quantities". They told me that one was also out of stock. I said, "i just tried to place an order for 20 of them and it was going through!". I was told that the inventory is not always up to date. I said... So you're off by hundreds of tv's?!?!? Lol they woman just sat there giving me some bs. They acted like they had no intention of even removing the ads, even when stock was long gone - assuming they even had any stock in the first place. So what this company seems to be doing is, placing ads for stock they do not have, at a better price than everyone else, typing in "limited quantities", and then switching models that are less desirable, in hopes the customer won't mind! I hadn't even gotten a notification that the model was changed, even though the tv was to be shipped that day! They claimed they would have called me shortly. Unbelievable. Oh, and when I offered to take another much better tv instead of the model I ordered, they offered to give me $22 off lol how generous now, I have probably lost a bunch of good deals on a tv, thinking I had already bought one. Visions electronics should not be trusted... And you can bet I will tell everyone I know.
The exact same thing just happened to me! They sent me a smaller, cheaper TV than the one I ordered. I was not notified of this switch. I am furious!
I wanted to come back to say that after I posted this I heard from a member of the Vision TV customer service team. They made a legitimate error by sending me the wrong TV which was quickly rectified with my new, correct TV now on it's way to me. I was not able to remove my comment but wanted to come back to say that they have rectified my matter in a timely and friendly manner.
