I told him the date of the purchase, and then my messages started bouncing back because they were too large.

I later sent a few short messages of 2.9kb, but it was still bounced back by Nektom. I'm so upset that they won't honor their two year warranty! It's so disappointing to see that they don't stand behind their products. They lied to me!

I paid a solid $69.99 for it on April 27, 2020, but unfortunately, I didn't receive my watch till nearly 3 months later! Yup, that's right- it took them 12 whole weeks to send me my order. This was super frustrating for me, and I thought the ordeal would end there. But nope, it only got worse.

When I finally got my hands on the watch, I tried charging it with the device that it came with. But guess what? The charger just fell apart! I contacted Nektom's Customer Service to see if they could help me out. I told them everything that happened, but all they offered me was a measly $10 refund. Are they kidding me? I obviously said no to that ridiculous offer- I want my full refund!

Finally, on July 20,2020, I sent the watch and the charger back to nektomwatches.com's Customer Service address in California via USPS Priority mail. I received an email from "Jasmine", another Nektom customer service representative. They promised me a full refund but insisted they couldn't give me the refund until my dispute with the credit card company was closed. Finally, on August 22, 2020, I informed "Jasmine" and "Chamberlain" that my credit card company had already closed out the dispute. But did I get a reply from them? Nope, not a peep.

Overall, I've got to say I am super disappointed with my experience with Nektom Watches. Between the super long wait for my watch, the faulty charger that they sent me, and their less than satisfactory customer service, I'm never buying from them again. I gave them a rating of just one star and if there was an option for zero, I would've chosen that instead. Stay away from this China-based company folks- it's just not worth it.
