Vinted review: Rigged requirement from the new terms and services

Can someone please tell me why this is the requirement just to be "verified" by their new terms and conditions. I'm a part-time student in college, just barely getting over 100usd as is and now they want to throw this requirement when I was fine withdrawing from my own account to my own card. It should be criminal for this to be the "requirement" just to sell my items when it wasn't required before. I swear if I get my account removed just for not "verifying" when it wasn't necessary before, i'd rather just make another account or just go to someone other seller account. This is just criminal to new users.
