Not same day click and collect
I ordered same day click and collect on 23rd December for Christmas gifts for my son, supposed to be GUARANTEED DELIVERY. It is now 27th and still not received! Numerous calls to customer service with it will be there today wait for email which hasn't arrived. My son hasn't had his Christmas gift yet and still waiting even though they took the money on 23rd. Shocking service.

Only problem with jd sports is there isn't enough stock for women but other than that very very good and trust worthy!
Fantastic website and great prices
I have recently purchased some new trainers online at the JD Sports website and was very impressed with the website as well as the product prices.
An easy on the eye layout of products, and most importantly some fantastic images for the products - I highly recommend to everyone.

My name is Liska. I shopped ant your store yesterday and would like to report my awful customer experience at your store in St. Bruno. Quebec.
My 9 year old son wanted to try on a pair of pants that he wants me to buy him as a Christmas gift. We asked the sales representative (a black young male) if he could open up the cabin for my son and he said yes. As my son waited in front of the cabin, the man who was holding up the keys just kept talking to the cashier (who was the same girl that charged me the pants) and ignoring my son. This upset me because his task was very simple but it seemed that it was more important to him to chat with his colleague than to assist us. So I asked him if he could hurry up as I had more stores to visit before closing and I was in a hurry. He got upset and told me that he was in a hurry too…. So I replied that it didn’t seem like it which got him more mad, At this point he told me that if I wasn’t happy I should get the [censored] out of the store. Yes, he used this specific word and all this in front of my 9 year old who I try to teach the best manners I can. I am not the one to keep quiet either so I said no, my son will try the pants. He replied that I should buy the pants elsewhere because I wasn’t happy. I said I didn’t have to be happy to buy a pair of pants and that I would buy them here if my son liked them. At the end, my son did like them so I bought them. I honestly didn’t have any time to report him or make a scene as I find this not to be the best solution when a man who is much stronger then me is trying by all means to intimidate me and throw me out of the store. You see I’m a female, only 5”4 and 120 lbs. As we left the store with the pants, my son looked at me and started crying when we were outside. I imagine he must have been scared at the confrontation and finally was able to let loose once he knew we were out of danger. I feel bad that he had to go through this and this is why I’m writing this letter. I cannot tell you how to handle your employees but I can at least suggest that he is made aware that what he did is unacceptable. I too have been working in the customer service industry my whole life and was once a sales representative myself and I can’t believe that any salesperson would think that it was ok to talk to a customer in this language.
I don’t know if this letter will make any difference to you. I know that these days it is very hard to find good employees but I thought that you should know what is happening in your store.

shorts and t shirt armani gray with black stripe
hi mbought these armani gray shorts, tshirt that match the guy wanted me to get gray ones i wanted blue ones or black he insisted i get gray so when i got home i put them on when it was nice but my partner seen this faded pattern on t shirt and shorts so she took them back to jd sports speke retail park they said that they will send them off and if they replaced them or send voucher for anothere set so when the few days came they sent them back and put we cannot replace them so me and my partner got robbed we told the girl in the store that when i got home and put them on there was faded marks on shorts and t shirt they must of been allready there when they was selling the t shirts and shorts now am left with damaged t shirt and shorts which are no good thats the thanks i get buying clothes from jd sports never again its wrong they shouldnt be doing that put damage clothes out for sale .
jd sports speke retail park bought t shirt shorts got home and my partner seen the faded pattern on t shirt and shorts jd sports wont replace them yet they were out on sale which isnt good and now i have ended up paying full amount for faded t shirts and shorts its wrong and am not happy at all . all i wanted was them to replace with new ones not faded ones .
Exchange of goods
I purchased a pair of trainers on the 26/06/11 for £30 for my husband who lives in tunisia unfortunately they did not fit and were to tight. I come back from Tunisia on the 31/07/11 and went to JD Sports on the 1/08/11 to ask if i could exchange for something else and the cashier did not even let me explain and said nothing i can do for you. Since then i found an email address the other day to ask for there help because i was now stuck with a pair of trainers that i can not do anything with and there response was it states clearly there policy clearly on the receipt (28 days to get a refund or exchange) and i'm afraid we would not beable to take this futher well they clearly they do not know what there policy is on their receipts because it states 7 days to refund or exchange. I understand every company has a policy but if i was able to bring them back to the UK any sooner then i would. What if someone was returning a unwanted gift with no reciept could they not bring this back also? I am disgusted in the customer service i have recieved from JD sports and considering it is a well known company their service should be 100%. All i wanted to do was exhange the trainers for something else for the same value or for a higher price in which i would have paid for. I think from this experience i will not be using JD Sports again and i will be informing all my friends and family of this service so they also will not use them again.

Never shop there
My husband purchased a pair of K-Swiss trainers on Wednesday and paid >£50. On Saturday they split and we tried to return them to the store (JD Sports, South Gyle). Unfortunately my husband paid cash and didnt keep the receipt. The Retailer has refused an exchange, never mind refund, as there was no proof of purhcase. I have contacted their Customer Service team and am shocked at their response - if the member of staff in question remembers serving my husband then he will possibly get a refund, but thats the only way. We complained about their returns policy re faulty goods so I'd be surprised if a member of staff admits to serving my husband. I will NEVER shop in that shop again and am going to tell everyone about my husbands unfortunate incident!

I bought two pairs of shoes but only one was delivered, and JD in Italy doesn't respond to any of my emails. Terrible service, no customer care, I lost 50 euros. I will never buy from this supplier again.
do not shop there.especially in northampton one staff are rude and not trained to deal whith any complain
