Village Inn Restaurants review: management and being served dirty dish with meal

We went into village inn on Army Post Road in Des Moines Iowa for supper and we where served dirty silverware with our meal and we complained to the store manager and he was very rude and ask what we wanted him to do about it and after the waitress got in trouble she became very snooty and short with us.
