11/29/25 Booked Rhine Getaway with agent based on information from booklet received in mail which said offer expired 11/30/25. I did not immediately set up a login and profile. When I did login on 11/8 I noticed the $500 shipboard credit had not been posted. When I called reservations, I was told it was expired even though my booking was completed prior to 11/30. When emailing with a supervisor I was told I had to request the $500 credit at time of booking. When I didn't accept that she then said to apply a promotion after the initial booking the cruise cabin category must not be sold out. This was not in any of the printed material I have received by mail. Since then, this offer continues to be offered in printed and online. I feel I am due this $500 shipboard credit. I have had multiple conversations with a reservation regarding this with no satisfactory result.
