Viking Cruises review: Disappointed

Cruise should’ve been canceled because the water level was too low to go through the Rhine River had to take an eight bus trip to get to another ship, then that I get got sick this was not a pleasant trip plus we paid for a balcony to enjoy seeing the castles along the Rhine, which we never got to see because we were on the bus. Should’ve been offered a different way of transportation and asked if we could handle a bus ride that home.
Then we were told that we would get a credit towards another cruise and no money back from this one. I personally cannot afford another cruise or can I offer this discount to another person because of the price of it already. Very disappointed would not recommend viking to anybody.
