I experienced very rude customer service from victoria's secret and I am writing to advise I will be contacting my attorney Monday morning because I believe I was spoken to very rudely and the store manager touched my arm twice and she treated me as if I was a shoplifter but my main problem with this all is that the lady touched me I will never go into that store again and the lady is lucky I didnt punch her in the face for touching me I dont feel like any employees and especiaslly not a manager should have any rights to touch a customer and treat ANYONE with the disrespect like I was this evening! So since this lady wanted to treat me the way that she did and touch me she and the company will be hearing from my lawyer very soon... thank u
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I agree with you 100% I was there 3 days ago and a store employee snatched my bag and told me I could on my take 6 items which I didn't have any problem but why didn't she snatch other people's bags and tell them this only me!
I totally agree with you, I was at Victoria secrets today and the second I step in they made me use their shopping bag, even if I hadn't pick anything up or even set my eye on anything that I liked. Then the same employee questioned me twice. after that she had told another employee and at this point I was starting to get irritated. Next thing you know the manager comes and talks interrogating me as if I was shoplifting, they kept giving me the stare down, and I felt so harassed I left. I refuse to spend my money at stores with this rude behavior and pushy attitude. I couldn't even shop in peace. I officially hate Victoria secret, they need to teach their employees to be friendly but not creepy. All my friends, aunts, cousins, mom shop at Victoria secret but now, none of us will ever shop their again. You just lost many loyal customers. I hope your interrogation and assumptions are worth it.
