Victoria's Secret Cashier, 3600762

Did have an expired coupon! The cashier told me "if one time you got the item with expired coupon, doesn't mean it always, today is 10th, on coupon is November 3"! Asked to talk to a manager! She went and came back quick saying "the manager is busy" but she can give me a telephone number to call!
I walked through the store met a guy and a woman, supervisors in this store, they told me I can buy with expired coupon and they will let the cashier know! I returned to cashier, she asked me the names of who told me! After all I got my free panties she would give with no bag or at least papers! A asked how she thinks I can go with the panties in my hand, then she said "would you like a bag?"! After a while I purchased 2 pairs of panties and used the same bag! I felt very unwelcome, she was rude asking me the names who gave permission for expired coupon and then giving me panties with no bag or papers what so ever... I asked her name, she said - Mia!

Victoria's Secret VS Card Holder Complaint

I added fifteen items to my shopping cart in the Victoria's Secret app to take advantage of a two-day sale. My Victoria's secret card would not process for payment. I have a $4, 000 limit and a $90 balance, all payments up to date. After contacting customer service, it appears a new card with a chip was mailed within the past 30 days but I have not received it. I'm disappointed to not be able to get the additional discount, points/rewards for using my VS card, as the sale (and probably the inventory) will not be available by the time I receive a card. I was told I could purchase with my card in-store --This is discriminatory against someone with a disability who is not able to go to a a brick and mortar location.

Desired outcome: Honor the discount for using my card in the app to purchase and award any points. I used my bank card to make purchase and paid more for not being eligible for using my VS card.

Victoria's Secret Unable To Return Brand New Items With Receipt If Ordered Online

Victoria's Secret advertises free returns on items ordered online. This made me feel comfortable about purchasing a Victoria's Secret bra online even though bras are difficult to purchase without trying on first.

When the bra arrived the lace was scratchy, cheap, and looked like one cycle in the washing machine would destroy it. The bra looked like it had been designed by a man who had never even seen the anatomy of a woman. It was disgusting quality for $69.50.

I went to the store to return the bra. It was brand new, tags attached, with receipt. The workers could not process the return even with receipt since it was an online order. They took my item and processed the return as a no receipt return and told me my refund may show up within 14 days.

This is unacceptable for a company with such large online and retail presence. Please do not think you can purchase anything at Victoria's Secret thinking you can return it.

Desired outcome: A full refund is my desired outcome

Victoria's Secret Uncompleted purchased

I have ordered Victoria's Secret through Valiram. But it wasn't completed. I have emailed and trying to call but no answer. I have purchased few items which cost me quite much amount of money but there were so many missing items. I don't know to whom I can refer to since I as a customer been ignored for so long. Victoria's Secret Clothes

I've been shopping with yall for years now and im a very loyal customer spend lots of money but something is very different here lately every piece of clothing and my bras have tore up easy fell apart is something going on or have u changed up on something I just want things back to were ur product holds up. I shop here lot and I'm very dissatisfied I spent lots of money with your company including perfume everything that you offered I buy my whole family does just hope something has changed it gets back to the way it used to be

Victoria's Secret Store closing prior to posted hours

My friend and I visited the Vicotria's Secret store at the location below on 08/03/2021. It was 6:52 p.m. Central time when we pulled on the door to open it. It was locked. There were workers inside and we asked what time they closed and they said 7:00 p.m. I said it is not 7 yet. She would not open the door and let us in. I looked on the real yellow pages and it says the store closes at 8 p.m. The store hours are not posted on the door. Why were we not allowed to come in the store when it was still supposed to be open? The information below is what was posted on the real yellow pages site. Victoria's Secret Bras

I took my daughter in to get measurements and the fitting specialist told her her size and so we bought them. Of course you are the only store still not letting people try on. I live a hour and half away and now since the specialist was wrong I have to drive back and get the right size. Very frustrating since I paid alit in bras.

Victoria's Secret DoubleMirror / $1000 shoppingspree

My niece and I, (Haily and Angie) 2 female Hispanics had horrible, unfair and rude service given to us yesterday, we have 1000 or dollars to spend each. We were in Layton Utah Victoria's Secret. We were shopping to look sexy, so you fill up your bag, you try a handful or less at a time or you are trusted right. They have panty liners and things and was so excited. I was then staring at my unevenness of my bras so we came naked in mirror with underwear n perfume sprays I was feeling sexy, attendant meanwhile trading me 3 for 3. Because she limited my amount in my room, ugghhum... I am not a child, I'm 38 woman. Why didn't she limit that white woman n her daughter nor that other white woman with obviously more than 10 in her bag? Happy yet disappointed stayed excited to spend spend spend, however while staring, flicking underwear on hips n admiring the thought I looked like maybe a model I got an uncomfortable feeling of being watched. So I stopped with curiosity n embarrassment. Looked up internet two way mirrors. How to tell.? To my surprise and multiple pictures of what it looks like it was a shock. I did not feel comfortable... long story short, I left my car keys in their w my bag went back to retrieve them told them they can hold my Stuff I just need my keys they refused n said they were closed n we had to find a way home. I live 50 miles away you assholez. Major majorly pissed I want compensation and this could be a fun ken lawsuit so 150 thousand dollars would be appropriate. I have been trying to get a ride all day since my vehicle is still at mall. I'm freaking pissed. My car better not get towed. You will be responsible Angelina [protected] [protected]

Victoria's Secret Gift Card - Not Viable or Usable in my Country

I purchased a gift card from a local retailer for my daughters Bday. We went to use online (COVID conscious) and discovered there was no place to use it in the checkout. Then I checked my card online and it said it was not valid. I went back to the retailer who confirmed it was activated and could not take any further action. I contacted Victoria Secret who said that their gift cards could not be used online at all in any capacity. I was then told to go to a store. The stores here in BC are closing/or have closed and I am hours away from any of them. We also cannot travel due to COVID.
I checked and none of the stores even offer a pickup option after buying online. I am disgusted that they would sell such cards when there is in fact no way to use them. Am I supposed to fly to America (this would be really easy given COVID and restrictions and all the other ridiculous reasons) and buy items for my daughter in the USA and then fly home? That is the only option? I am trying to escalate this but no one there seems able to provide me any solutions. I WANT A REFUND or a solution and bigger picture they need to list this on their site NOW so its clear and consider taking their UNUSABLE and FRAUDULENT cards off their shelves.

Victoria's Secret Entrance

I am at the Myrtle Beach Costal Grand Mall location. There is a waiting line to get in. This is absolutely ridiculous. This is the only store that is making people wait outside. Every one is wearing a mask despite no mask mandate. I will never shop your stores again because of this ridiculous treatment.

Victoria's Secret How I was treated as a 20 plus year customer

I paid my bill as always ( account [protected]) Lauri Dawson
and the post office lost my payment. I have never been late with my
payments to you. I was told VS would wave the $25.00 late fee but
you didn't so I payed it and it was postmarked 12 days before it was
due but I received another late fee of $27.00 for that check. When
I called to complain I was treated so rudely by Wendy and make out
to be a irresponsible person but she agreed to wave the charge.
I can't believe how poorly I was treated by I company I have been
loyal to for 20 plus years. Shame on VS.

Victoria's Secret Cotton panties - really poor quality

I am a regular of VS for the past 12 years high leg cotton brief - buy the same brand and type and stock up for the full year.
For the past two years have noticed the quality of the cotton panties has really gone down. The top band elastic is worn out in couple of washes ( do hand wash them ) . Cloth quality also really poor. Is this due to a defective lot or sign of things to come ? Prices have. Gone up consistently over the years and I have been paying thinking I am paying for a high quality product

Victoria's Secret Service

Nanjing, address is on photo. We were choosing bras for like 2 hours, 1 bra we asked to keep for us, because we liked it, but wanted to choose more. When we came to pay for that bra cashier said it's been sold to another person. And that was the last one of this size. Stuff wasn't helpful at all, did nothing basically. Worst possible service.

Victoria's Secret Returns

I went to the Peachtree Parkway location in Cumming GA to return 2 bras I bought online. The salesperson couldn't find the order on my Pink card so she got a manager. The manager was very rude and hateful to me. Refused to return the bras for me. Insisted I washed them which I did not. I was returning them because my chest was coming out of the cups. They were my size but didn't fit right. She told me I'd have to contact customer care. Well I did today and they sent me the receipt of the order confirmation so I can return them. They said I shouldn't have a problem. I'm going back to that store as it's close to my house and have them process my return. I will not go back tho. I will drive 30 minutes out of my way because I refuse to be treated rudely by anyone.

Desired outcome: Some kind of discount or additional credit.

Victoria's Secret Pink store

I understand were dealing with crazy things right now but there is no reason before you enter a store asking you, so what are you showing for today - me "panties" what kind of panties? Really? Then do you want the pink store or the Victoria's Secret store? Why would you ask that... Because I'm not a teenage girl... Why do you have to answer these questions before you enter the store, and what does this have to do with a virus...?

Victoria's Secret Customer Service

I went to the Victoria secret - Haywood mall - Greenville, SC. I wanted a bra fitting - I just finished breastfeeding my one year old. The woman repeatedly told me that breast were a problem with the fitting and that I wasn't doing it right but failed to show me the correct way for measurement. I told her to forget it- very embarrassing and will not be back. Keep in mind she was very loud with the conversation and it was in the middle of the store.

Victoria's Secret Customer service

Went to checkout with my products and employee waiting on customer in front of me. 10 minutes later employee still waiting on same customer and called for assistance. Another 10 minutes no assistance. I leave my place in line and ask two other employees if they could check me out. Was told they could not leave their area. There were only 3 customers in store. I put my product back and left store. This occurred 0n 2/23/21

Victoria's Secret Worst customer service and horrible practice

So, this was my 2nd time at the Victoria's Secret store in the Aventura, FL . The 1st time was last month for my birthday my sister gave me gift card.

I realized that every time I asked for assistance, my questions were not answered instead sales reps were making sure I knew of their promotion. Even though they were clearly marked all over the store.

I just kinds dismissed it due to the fact that the reps seems to have thick Spanish accent, so I thought maybe they didn't understand English.

But this time, it wanted to get a few items for valentines day.. I could not find the right size in the draw where the items should be, so I asked a representative to help me find the size and she point to the promotion they were running to let me know what i'm looking for was not part of the promotion, okay! But where can I find the damn size? So, she failed to show me where they keep them. Huh, that's kind of odd.

Any way not I saw a cut top that I wanted and was looking for bottoms to go with it. So I asked a different rep, I clearly said " can you please tell me if there are short that will go with this top?" She quickly said to me that the top that I was holding on to was NOT part of the promotion, so I then lol. I honestly could not believe that I was having a "De Ja Vue". Different rep, different question but I got the exact same answer. So, now I'm thinking, do they NOT speak or understand English and the ONLY thing they know to say is this is NOT part of the promotion? So I asked to speak to a manager. A young lady came over, I explained to her exactly what just happened to and I don't know what to think of it and if she could shed some light into the matter. I got a smile and she did say oh, I'm sorry you feel that way once again I did not but laugh my butt off, because I don't believe she heard me right or simply didn't care. Any way. I did spend about $150. However I chose to NEVER go to that store ever again even though it's very close to where I live. Hopefully, if I ever find myself in another Victoria's Secret store, I hope and pray that the service is better and the employees speaks and understand English so that they answer questions and assist me if needed.

Desired outcome: Listened to the questions that are asked and STOP pointing to the damn promotion!

Victoria's Secret Check out issue

I pulled my daughter's VS credit card out of my wallet along with mine. She is an authorized user on my account. So after the salesperson rang up my sale, he then asked me for ID. He had not been doing that to other guests, so why me? He didn't ask others before me for ID with their credit cards. I have a job as an RN and I do not have to steal panties when nothing in your store even fits my size. ( I buy things for my daughter) Store number 50424 and the cashier was male (3415785).
