I have been charged 89, 90€ to my card by this web on December 3th 2018, the card has been blocked and the Spanish Police department is already tracking the operation.
Please, cancel the operation while the money is still restrained and not taken.
Me han cobrado 89, 90€ sin mi autorización durante la mañana del 3 de Diciembre del 2018, la tarjeta ha sido bloqueada y la policía informada para el rastreo de la operación.
Por favor, devuelvan el dinero mientras aún está retenido y no cobrado.

    Dear Francisco José Morante Lozada,

    Thank you for the message. I have refunded the December 3, 2018 charge to you. Please note that this is a recurring transaction for the September 3, 2018 charge that was authorized by you with a 3D secure transctions. This is a very strong customer authentication, where the card has to be present and the pincode was entered. Maybe it was not clear that this was a recurring (3 months) membership that would be charged to you again if not cancelled, therefore I refunded the charges. It's not fraud, so maybe you should tell the bank / police this as well.
