I wrote a similar review last week, only to have some suit call me and ask me what the problem was. I told him and he said he would get back to me with a solution. Haven't heard from anyone since and the solution is a pipe dream. On top of all of that I was disconnected twice from "customer service" when they were making headway on my problem. If we didn't have to have this provider for my husband's business, I'd go somewhere else but right now we are stuck and that is an awful feeling.
Recommendation: Don't walk, run to another provider.
