My fios tv started having prolems about 5 days ago. While watching tv the picture would freeze, then tv would shut off. Tech came yesterday, replaced box, thought problem was fixed. 15 minutes later, same problem, he replaced the power cord. He left, again same problem.
Called saturday morning, took 1/2 to speak to someone, he couldn't fix problem, guaranteed to call me back 11-11:30, never called. I call again, on hold for 1 hour, no one ever comes on. Later same tech calls, says he is sorry, checks out the tv, says he will call 2:45-3. Never calls. In total just today wasted about 5 hours, still do not know what is the problem.
Recommendation: NEVER CALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT ON WEEKEND.
