Verizon’s customer service is one of the worst in the world. What they say is not what they do. You will not get a call back. You can escalate it to a supervisor and I’ll take care of everything promised you the world and never call you back eight hours on the phone over two days trying to get this hotspot fixed absolutely disgusting no callback and not fixed time to go to another carrier. This is not a one off this is the way they do business. They will not call you back. They will not follow up and they only care about your check in the mail.
Recommendation: Shop elsewhere used Verizon as your last resort
