Verizon review: Businesses beware

They have an auto spam filter that is used from TNC Guardian to collect data on Business and receive complaints from customer. They then use this information to place legit businesses into a "spam" category. This literally ruins businesses.

When you file with their company to explain the issue, they state it is due to negative reviews and BBB reviews. This is laughable given their own reputation on both reviews and BBB reviews. They have a horrible rating themselves and yet push down legit businesses for the same? Make it make sense right?

This company is no different than all the rest of the large companies who abuse their own power due to the scale of them.

When I contacted them about the issue they responded with fluff that made no sense. We did everything they requested and they refused to assist. I asked to be escalated to a manager on a phone call so we could speak and they stopped responding. I called several times and was hung up on several times.

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

RATE THEM AS LOW AS POSSIBLE!
