I had to cancel my flight with LOT to Israel as they issued the travel ban just a few days before my departure (March 12). Vayama were suppose to help take care of the refund through LOT, since I'm unable to receive it directly from them (third party agent). Now it is impossible to speak to their representatives on the phone since they stopped their phone customer service. Then I sent an email to Vayama on March 24, and another one on March 30. I even tried their FB messenger but they canceled their messenger customer service too. It's been over a month since my first attempt and I haven't heard back. I'm afraid I will never see my money back, and I'm considering to sue.
