Aggressive dogs crapping in yards where kids play, management that won't do anything about, driveways not repaired after being destroyed without notice, moldy pools, feces on bathroom walls that's never cleaned up, boil water issues every 5th day... Is there anything to like about Tampa East? Nope. Not one single thing. I have friends who live there and I visit occasionally, but that's gonna stop due to sun outdoors lack of ability to even do their basic job, let alone fix any real world issue there. You'll be ignored by the office and targeted for eviction for asking for your rights to be respected. Don't rent or buy there. Period.

I spoke with Robin who explained the problem with the permits. She suggested I move the reservation to January 23 in hopes the issue may be resolved. Robin called me again and told me it would not be be resolved by then and asked me what I would like to do. She was extremely profession and concerned about our trip and gave me the option of going in 2024 with rates reflecting 2022. I agreed and requested a month reservation. Robin said someone handling the people who were effected by this. I have not heard from anyone and have called several times, explained what had happened, no one i returning my calls. I would like to get this resolved. Leaving messages does not work. I would appreciate any help you can give me with this matter. My husband and I were looking forward to visiting this resort.

We camped at Sun Outdoors Temperanceville Va it was not a good experience. Manager there was very disrespectful . I booked a shaded full hook up and we arrived we were told that our site had no sewer hook up they offered us a site in direct Sun or to be pumped so we chose to be pumped. The internet was bad and never got better after Labor Day rush left like they said it would. The mosquitoes were HORRIFIC you couldn’t walk our dogs with out spraying down with off .Never was offered another site after the holiday rush needless to say we’ll never going back to that place. We were there from 9/4/22 to 9/10/22 and they made reservations to leave the 12th but I had a Doctors appointment On the 12th so I now I didn’t make it but I didn’t say anything because of the Managers attitude earlier.My Name is Dave Kessler I sure hope this issue will be looked into my # [protected] my email [protected]@gmail.con Thanks

Your management did a very poor decision to set up a poker run when you have a private party scheduled at the same time! There was an ultra cation on reserved tables. When my group of 8-10 came in there was NO reserved sign so we sat at the empty table …to be told to get the fxxx out. I explained other tables had reserved signs but ours did not! Our poker run papers were ripped from our hands and thrown on the floor. I asked to see a manager before any other problems arose. When he came to the table he had two other gentlemen with him. He did have a birthday part booked but there was NO sign on this table. Rather than have something else happen and someone else get hurt we left our beverages full. I will no longer use your establishment. Just an FYI my family has been coming to this area since the 1950s . We send all of our visitors to your store at Indian Creek and the Loft for a bite to eat. We have even sent campers to your place of business. This however will not happen again. Maybe some customer service training would be helpful for your management.
