Tickets bought through vayama for a flight with airline TUIFly Belgium. Airline (TUIFly Begium) cancelled all their US flights due to COVID. I contacted vayama, who referred to me contact TUIFly. I contacted TUIFly whothen referred me to contact vayama. On second contact Vayama stated that they initiated refund proceedings, which never finalized. Vayama then referred me back to TUIFly. I contacted TUIFLy a second time and they have not responded. Neither Vayama nor TUIFly are working towards refunding the cancelled flight tickets.
