Vacasa review: Vacasa vacation rental

The house represented in the pictures did not exist. I went to the address and called support to confirm the address. The house looked like somethiing from the Munster's house. Not the beautiful house with a large red deck with furniture and a green yard with a fence lining the driveway. There was no red porch, no grass, no fence, no 209 beside the door. No one had been in the house in a very long time. Spider webs covered the door and a screen over the door was so full of leaves and debris that you could not have even entered. The roof was sagging so much it was dangerous to enter. Mold was on the windows and screens had fallen off and where laying on the porch. All the planters had dead weeds in them. A dirty cabinet with inches of dust and debris of some kind was on the porch (not the red porch in the picture) but a small triangle shaped porch with a cage for a dog in the corner that was busted and dirty.

No one had been in this house for a long time. I've spent hours emailing and talking and texting with the company to no avail. I had to pay for a hotel 40 minutes away and drive home the next day. Because they refused to offer me another house or a refund. I had to explain this situation with no less that 8 employees and send pictures. I know there have been at least 30 emails.

All asking for the same information that I had already sent time and time again.
