Neighborhood Scout Neighborhood Scout Review: Misleading and Biased Results

I recently used Neighborhood Scout to research some neighborhoods in my area and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with the results. The report was completely misleading and seemed to have a political agenda.

I was shocked to see that a better, more expensive neighborhood with lower crime rates was ranked worse than a cheaper neighborhood with higher crime rates. It just didn't make any sense to me.

To make matters worse, I came across a police report that stated a person was shot to death in front of a house's garage entrance in a cheap Pathercreek community in Frisco, TX several years ago. Yet, this neighborhood was still ranked higher than the safer, more expensive neighborhood I was interested in.

Overall, I would not recommend using Neighborhood Scout for your neighborhood research. The information provided is not accurate and seems to be biased towards certain neighborhoods. Save yourself the time and frustration and look elsewhere for reliable information.

Neighborhood Scout NeighborhoodScout.com Review: Useful Resource or Skewed Data?

I was skeptical about neighborhoodscout.com at first, but after hearing about their stats on my small town, I had to check it out for myself. I was shocked to see that our town was rated a 2, which according to the site, is considered horrible. I couldn't believe it, as I couldn't recall the last time a violent crime had occurred in our county.

However, I decided to give the site a chance and dug deeper into their data. After reading through some of the reviews, it became clear that neighborhoodscout may be skewing their data to entice people to enter their credit card information. It's disappointing to see fake news on the internet, and even more so when they charge you for it.

Despite this, I have to admit that neighborhoodscout does provide some useful information. Their site offers a breakdown of crime rates, school ratings, and other neighborhood statistics. It's a great tool for those who are looking to move to a new area and want to get a sense of the safety and quality of life in that neighborhood.

However, it's important to take their data with a grain of salt and do your own research as well. Don't rely solely on neighborhoodscout's ratings and statistics, as they may not always be accurate. It's always best to talk to locals and get a firsthand account of what it's like to live in a particular area.

Overall, neighborhoodscout.com can be a useful resource, but it's important to approach their data with a critical eye. Don't let their ratings and statistics be the only factor in your decision-making process. Do your own research and talk to locals to get a more complete picture of the neighborhood you're considering.

Neighborhood Scout Beware of Neighborhood Scout: Basic Info, Inaccuracies, and Terrible Customer Service

I gotta say, I wasn't too impressed with Neighborhood Scout. The information they had on the website was pretty basic and didn't really give me any new insights into the neighborhood I was researching. I decided to give their full access a try, but it definitely wasn't worth it. I only used it once and didn't find anything useful.

To make matters worse, I actually ended up moving to the neighborhood I was researching and found out that some of the information on the website was flat-out wrong. That was pretty frustrating, especially since I had paid for access to the site.

Speaking of paying, I made the mistake of signing up for their monthly service. I thought it was just for one month, but they kept charging me every month after that. I didn't even notice for several months, and when I finally did and asked for my money back, they refused and gave me the nastiest customer response I've ever gotten. It was pretty horrible, to be honest.

So yeah, I would definitely beware of Neighborhood Scout. It's not worth the money or the hassle.

Neighborhood Scout Neighborhood Scout Review: Great Information, Unethical Billing Practices

I had a need for a report and decided to give Neighborhood Scout a try. I must say, I was impressed with the information they provided. However, when it came time to cancel my subscription, I found myself struggling to figure out how to do so. Life got in the way and I ended up forgetting about it for a good six months.

To my surprise, I noticed that Neighborhood Scout had been charging me $50 every month, without fail. I was taken aback by this, as I had only logged into the website once. When I reached out to them for a partial refund, the response I received was short and insensitive.

I believe that every business that operates with this type of billing model needs to take a step back and reevaluate their practices. It is not ethical to continue charging someone month after month when they are not actively using your service. If a customer does not log in, they should not be billed. It really is that simple.

Overall, I was pleased with the information provided by Neighborhood Scout, but the billing practices left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope that they will take this feedback into consideration and make changes to their policies in the future.

Neighborhood Scout Beware of Neighborhood Scout's Subscription Policies: A Review

I recently tried out Neighborhood Scout for a month's subscription as I was planning on moving to a new neighborhood. I only needed the subscription for a month, so I ordered accordingly. However, I was disappointed to find out that they re-enabled my subscription after the month ended, and refused to cancel and refund even though I had requested it at the start of the second charged month.

They claimed that they had notified me about the renewal, but I honestly did not notice it as it was not apparent enough. Even if it was apparent, I believe that they should have supported my request for cancellation and refund in my situation. At the very least, they should have stopped charging me at the time I requested.

Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience with Neighborhood Scout. I would caution others to be aware of their subscription policies and to make sure to cancel in advance if they only need the service for a limited time.

Neighborhood Scout Neighborhood Scout Review: Useful Tool, But Beware the 50 Report Limit

I gotta say, I was pretty surprised when I found out that Neighborhood Scout has a limit of 50 reports per month. I mean, I get it, they gotta make money somehow, but it would have been nice if they had made that a little more clear up front. I only found out when my account got cancelled, and then I had to go back and read the fine print to figure out what was going on.

My main issue with this whole thing is the lack of transparency. If there's a limit, there should be a big ol' countdown on the login page showing me how many reports I have left for the month. That way, I could keep track and not accidentally go over the limit. And if I did go over, there should be a warning before my account gets cancelled. Like, "Hey, you're about to violate the contract, do you want to continue?" That way, I could make an informed decision instead of just getting blindsided by a cancellation notice.

All that being said, I do think Neighborhood Scout is a pretty useful tool. I was able to get a lot of good information about different neighborhoods when I was house hunting, and it definitely helped me make a more informed decision. I just wish they had been a little more upfront about the whole 50 reports thing.

Neighborhood Scout Neighborhood Scout Review: Scare Tactics and Inaccurate Information

Neighborhood Scout is a website that claims to provide information about crime and the cost of living in different neighborhoods. However, in my experience, it seems like they are more interested in scaring people than providing accurate information. I was particularly put off by the reviews from Alex V. and Brenda S., which seemed fake and biased. It's hard to trust a website that allows such obviously fake reviews to be posted.

What's worse, Neighborhood Scout charges money for access to their statistics. Why should I pay for information that may not even be accurate? It seems like a clear case of corporate greed. Other reviewers have also pointed out that the website's information is not always accurate, and that it can make people overly worried about crime in their neighborhoods.

Personally, I have family members who live in Kissimmee, and they have never been victims of crime. So why should I trust Neighborhood Scout's statistics? It seems like a total farce, designed to scare people into paying for access to their fake information. I would not recommend this website to anyone looking for reliable information about crime and the cost of living in different neighborhoods.

Neighborhood Scout Neighborhood Scout: Take it with a Grain of Salt

I recently stumbled upon Neighborhood Scout while searching for a new home. I was open to any location, from the west coast to the east coast, and I have looked at over a thousand homes with an open mind. However, according to Neighborhood Scout, every city is the worst in the nation. I found this hard to believe, so I decided to ask for resident reviews to get the real truth.

After comparing Neighborhood Scout's reviews to those of homeowners in the same locations, I found that many of these people have lived in their towns for their whole lives or for many years and love their town. Sure, there may be some crime, but that's just a part of life. I suggest using Google Earth and placing yourself on street view to get a better idea of the neighborhood. You can walk through the neighborhood and see what the houses look like and how they are kept up. If your neighbor has a beat-up sofa sitting on the porch and trash in their yard, you might want to look further. I mean, unless you have a beat-up sofa on your porch, a broken-down car, and dirty diapers on the lawn.

The majority of the homes I have looked at have well-kept yards, some immaculate, but somehow are considered terrible places to live according to Neighborhood Scout. But let's be real here, if you're in the habit of going to dive bars and staying out until 2am, expect trouble. If you live a nice life and have morals, you're less likely to have trouble. That's just common sense that even a monkey can figure out.

In conclusion, while Neighborhood Scout may have some useful information, it's important to take it with a grain of salt. Don't let their negative reviews discourage you from exploring a potential new home. Do your own research, talk to residents, and use common sense to make the best decision for you and your family.

Neighborhood Scout Neighborhood Scout Review: Questionable Business Practices and Poor Customer Service

Neighborhood Scout is a website that provides information about neighborhoods across the United States. However, the company behind it, Location Inc, has some questionable business practices that have left many customers feeling frustrated and ripped off.

One of the biggest issues with Neighborhood Scout is their policy of cancelling services if a user looks at more than 50 unique pages in a month. This policy is buried in the Terms and Conditions, which many people don't read closely. As a result, many customers have paid for a service, only to have it taken away less than 24 hours later. And to make matters worse, Neighborhood Scout provides absolutely zero customer service. Emails and calls go unanswered, and the voicemail is detached and uninterested.

This has happened to several people who had perfectly reasonable expectations of service. They paid for a service, only to have it taken away and receive no refund for services not rendered. It's no wonder that many people feel like they've been scammed or ripped off.

It's clear that Neighborhood Scout and Location Inc don't care about their customers. They're in it for a quick and easy buck, and they're willing to screw over anyone who gets in their way. It's not a reasonable practice, and it's certainly not a way to build a successful business in the long term.

If you're considering using Neighborhood Scout, be aware of their policies and the risks involved. It's up to you to decide whether or not it's worth the risk. But if you do decide to use their service, don't be surprised if you end up feeling frustrated and ripped off.

Neighborhood Scout Neighborhood Scout Review: Subscription Issues Resolved with Refund Offered

I went to a real estate seminar a couple of years ago and they showed us Neighborhood Scout as one of the essential services. I signed up for the Pro level subscription, but I was disappointed with the results. I tried to contact Neighborhood Scout several times, but I never got a response. I cancelled my subscription over a year ago, but I was charged again last year and this year. Luckily, the charge attempt failed this year. I received an email asking me to correct the failing so the charge would go through, but I couldn't get in touch with anyone at Neighborhood Scout to cancel my subscription. I tried all the steps I found online, but nothing worked. I even threatened to do a chargeback if they tried to charge me again.

Finally, I received confirmation that my subscription had been cancelled, but I don't know what magic step I took to make it happen. The day after that, I got a phone call from a woman named Ms. Cunningham who assured me that my subscription was cancelled and that they wouldn't try to charge me again. I told her that I had gone through the same thing last year and that I had only logged in to Neighborhood Scout to try to cancel my subscription. To my surprise, she offered to refund last year's $191 as well. I think that's fair, so I wanted to update my review to say that.

Neighborhood Scout Neighborhood Scout Review: A Comprehensive Resource for Neighborhood Information

Neighborhood Scout is a website that claims to provide information about neighborhoods across the United States. I was skeptical at first, but decided to give it a try. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of information available on the site.

The site provides data on crime rates, school ratings, real estate prices, and demographics for each neighborhood. I found this information to be very helpful when trying to decide where to move. It was also interesting to see how different neighborhoods compared to each other.

One thing I did notice was that some of the information seemed a bit outdated. For example, the crime rates for my neighborhood were listed as higher than they actually are. However, this could be due to the fact that the data is collected from various sources and may not always be up-to-date.

Overall, I would recommend Neighborhood Scout to anyone who is looking for information about a particular neighborhood. It's a great resource for anyone who is considering moving to a new area. Just keep in mind that some of the information may not be completely accurate.

Neighborhood Scout Neighborhood Scout: The Ultimate Resource for Community Information and Safety

I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with Neighborhood Scout. I mean, I've lived in this fancy-pants resort town for half a century, and I can tell you there ain't no crime here. Not a soul I know, not even the folks in my big ol' parish, has ever been attacked or anything like that. But when I checked out Neighborhood Scout, I was blown away by all the data they had on my neck of the woods.

I mean, they had all kinds of info on crime rates, school quality, even the local real estate market. And it was all presented in a way that even a tech dummy like me could understand. Plus, they had these cool maps that showed you exactly where the crime hotspots were (not that there are any in my town, mind you).

Now, I know what you're thinking - "But wait, isn't this just a fancy-pants site for rich folks who want to know how much their McMansion is worth?" And yeah, there's definitely some of that going on. But honestly, I think Neighborhood Scout is a great resource for anyone who wants to know more about their community. Whether you're a long-time resident like me or a newcomer trying to figure out where to live, this site has got you covered.

So yeah, I'd definitely recommend giving Neighborhood Scout a look. It's easy to use, informative, and best of all, it confirms what I already knew - that my town is the safest, most crime-free place on the planet.

Neighborhood Scout Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with Neighborhood Scout

So, I signed up for Neighborhood Scout and forgot to cancel my subscription. I was pretty bummed when I saw the charge on my account, but I figured I could just contact them for a refund. I mean, it had only been a few days and I hadn't even used any of the credits yet.

But when I reached out to them, they straight up refused to give me a refund. I was pretty disappointed, to say the least. I mean, I get it, they have policies and stuff, but come on. It's not like I was trying to scam them or anything.

Overall, I'm not super impressed with Neighborhood Scout. I mean, the site itself seems pretty cool and all, but the customer service leaves something to be desired. I don't think I'll be using them again in the future.

Neighborhood Scout Review: Neighborhood Scout - A Useful Tool for Neighborhood Information with Some Caveats

Neighborhood Scout is a website that provides information about different neighborhoods in the United States. It can be a useful tool for people who are looking to move to a new area or who want to learn more about their current neighborhood. However, there are some things that users should be aware of before signing up for the service.

One thing to be careful of is the sign-up process. Some users may rush through it without reading all the details, and end up giving their credit card information without realizing that they will be charged a significant amount every month. Unfortunately, the website does not always provide clear notification about these charges, which can be frustrating for users who are caught off guard.

Despite this issue, Neighborhood Scout does offer some valuable information about neighborhoods. Users can learn about crime rates, school quality, and other important factors that can influence their decision to move to a particular area. The website also provides a range of other data, such as demographic information and real estate trends, which can be helpful for people who are trying to get a sense of what life is like in a particular neighborhood.

Overall, Neighborhood Scout can be a useful resource for people who are looking to learn more about different neighborhoods in the United States. However, users should be careful when signing up for the service and make sure they understand all the details before providing their credit card information. With a little bit of caution, though, Neighborhood Scout can be a valuable tool for anyone who wants to make an informed decision about where to live.

Neighborhood Scout Disappointing Experience with Neighborhood Scout: Inaccurate Information and Poor Customer Service

My experience with Neighborhood Scout was not good at all. I found their website to be very confusing and the information I got from it was not accurate. I had a hard time understanding what they were trying to say and in many cases, the information was very vague. I tried to get a refund but they refused to give me one. Their customer service was terrible and I felt like they didn't care about my concerns at all.

I was very disappointed with the service I received from Neighborhood Scout. I was hoping to get some good information about the neighborhood I was interested in, but instead, I got a lot of confusing and inaccurate information. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for reliable information about a neighborhood.

Overall, I think that Neighborhood Scout is a very poor company. They do not stand behind their product and their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for reliable information about a neighborhood. If you are looking for accurate and reliable information, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Neighborhood Scout Neighborhood Scout Review: Weak Reports, Expensive Searches, and Limited Quota

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with Neighborhood Scout. I mean, the reviews on this site were pretty spot on. The reports they give you are just not worth the money. I shelled out $50 for my first month, but I used up my entire quota of 10 searches on the very first day. And get this - they charge you $5 for each search! I had no idea there was a limit, and I definitely didn't think that 10 searches would be enough to find the perfect property.

I mean, let's be real here. Searching for a new place to live is a big deal. It's not something you can just do in a few clicks. You need to do your research, look at different neighborhoods, compare prices, and so much more. And with Neighborhood Scout, you're basically limited to just 10 searches. That's just not enough.

To make matters worse, I found out that if I didn't cancel my subscription, they would automatically keep charging me $50 a month. That's a pretty bad deal if you ask me. I mean, I already paid $50 for one month and didn't even get to use it to its full potential.

Overall, I would say that Neighborhood Scout is just not worth it. The reports are weak and expensive, and the limit on searches is just ridiculous. If you're looking for a better way to find the perfect neighborhood, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Neighborhood Scout Neighborhood Scout Review: Bait and Switch Business Model Leaves Customers High and Dry

I recently shelled out some cash for a full subscription to Neighborhood Scout, hoping to get my hands on some juicy income and crime data. But wouldn't you know it, just a week after I paid up, the company went and changed its whole business model! Now, I'm left high and dry, unable to access the information I paid for unless I fork over even more dough for a PRO plan. And let me tell you, that PRO plan ain't cheap - it's a whopping 10 times the price of what I just paid. Talk about bait and switch! I'm telling you, steer clear of this one, folks.

Neighborhood Scout Beware of this Scam Website: Inaccurate Data, Bait and Switch, and Terrible Customer Service

This website is a total scam! I was so excited to sign up for their neighborhood appreciation rates plan, but it turned out to be a total bait and switch. I paid for a full year upfront, but just two weeks later, they told me I had to upgrade to a much more expensive plan. What a ripoff!

And to make matters worse, the data on this site is incredibly inaccurate. I don't know how they can claim to provide reliable information when it's so clearly wrong. And don't even get me started on their customer service. They don't even have a phone number! You can only contact them by email, which is a total pain.

Overall, I would not recommend this site to anyone. It's a waste of time and money, and you're better off looking for information elsewhere. Don't fall for their tricks like I did!

Neighborhood Scout Neighborhood Scout Review: A Helpful Resource for Researching Your Area's Safety and Schools

I live in Moore, South Carolina, and let me tell you, it's not the safest place to be. There have been multiple shootings, fires, and people getting rushed away in ambulances. It's not just that, though. There are gangs around here, and they're always causing trouble. And don't even get me started on the constant loud music.

That's why I was hesitant to trust Neighborhood Scout when I first heard about it. I didn't want to be fooled into renting or buying a place that would put my safety and health at risk. But I decided to give it a try anyway, and I'm glad I did.

Neighborhood Scout gave me a lot of useful information about my area that I didn't know before. For example, I found out that the crime rate in Moore is higher than the national average. That's not exactly surprising, but it's good to have confirmation. I also learned that the schools in my area are pretty good, which is something I hadn't considered before.

Of course, there were a few errors here and there. For example, Neighborhood Scout said that there were no registered sex offenders in my area, but I know for a fact that there are. And some of the information was a little outdated. But overall, I found it to be a helpful resource.

If you're thinking about moving to a new area, I would definitely recommend checking out Neighborhood Scout. Just keep in mind that it's not perfect, and you should always do your own research as well.

Neighborhood Scout Neighborhood Scout Review: A Complete Waste of Money and Time

I recently bought a report from Neighborhood Scout for $29 and I must say, it was a complete waste of my money. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The report was a joke, to say the least. It was so generalized that it didn't even represent the specific neighborhood I was interested in. I could have easily found better information on my own. It's a well-designed scam, and I feel like I've been ripped off.

I was hoping to get some valuable insights about the neighborhood, but all I got was a bunch of useless information that I could have easily found on Google. The report was not worth the money I paid for it. I was expecting something more detailed and specific, but instead, I got a bunch of generic data that was of no use to me.

If you're thinking of buying a report from Neighborhood Scout, I would advise you to save your money. Don't waste your hard-earned cash on this garbage report. You're better off doing your own research and finding the information you need on your own.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Neighborhood Scout to anyone. It's a complete waste of money and time. The report is a joke, and you're better off finding the information you need on your own.
