Vacasa review: Refund policy for emergency situations..

5 days before our check in date.. My husband got an un expected layoff from his job, I immediatly contacted vacasa to ask for a 1 time cancel and refund... They refused and said they would cancel but not give any money back... We have spent a lot of money through vacasa in the past year... Very disappointed at their lack for care or concern of financial emergency.. I explained we have 5 kids to keep fed and this layoff was unexpected and last minute and they couldnt care less..
