United States Postal Service [USPS] review: Believe this operation has both poor management and employees

Went to the post office and paid for a contract to be signed for and receive the card back. The mailperson just left the envelope with the attached signature card. I paid quite a bit extra for that service. Have received mail for three other addresses which one wasn't even in the same county. That was from the Friend of the Court. A few days ago, again I received mail for someone not even in the county and addressed very plainly to the recipient. My neighbor told me she finally got a card that was sent 2 weeks ago by a local friend. The friend lives in the small city and my neighbor lives 3 miles from there. Where is the pride in doing a good job?
