Purchased a sectional December 22, 2021. Sectional was delivered home damaged. Have been talking to customer care since then (its now April 19, 2022) and the issue has not been resolved. The wrong item keeps getting delivered to get the sectional fix, or the correct item comes in damaged. This process of trying to get the items corrected has been at least 6 times. Never dealt with a more imponent company. I have asked for them to take back their items and for my money back. The company has responded that wont be possible. I am now stuck paying $3.5 k for a inferior product.
Desired outcome: Still in the process of getting items corrected
