Had to rent a car because of accident. I had rental for 29 days. At time of rental I shown papers on a screen and was asked to initial in several places. I am a senior living on SS and if I was explained certain optional charges I would not have agreed to them as I would not have been able to pay them. When I received a copy of the bill in my email I was shocked. I did not have time to review at time of drop off as someone was waiting for me to take me to pick up my car, it was late in the afternoon, after 4pm and I had to get to the repair shop before they closed. I have contacted Enterprise serveral times and was told several times they would review and get back to me and they have not. My bill came to $988.57. $746.70 of this was optional DW optional charges that I did not agree to or that were explained to me. I need this resolved. They are taking advantage of seniors.
Desired outcome: I need this overcharge credited to my card.
