I signed for the car in December 2022. Less than 1 week later I find a laundry list of things is wrong with the car. I can’t get anyone from the warranty to cover any repairs. Then the business shuts down in March 2023 and my loan is sent to a collection agency?! I’m not even behind on my loan and sitting on my credit report is a collection for $23K. I’m ready to toss the whole car.

Desired outcome: I want to be away from the collection agency, Westlake. I want the money for the repairs I’ve made to the car, $600.
