I ordered from TEMU Oct 28,2025. My order was broken into 3 orders to ship. One order showed a date of Nov 18th and the order UniUni got showed to deliver Nov 8th. Well, UniUni stated the failed to deliver but to give them 24 - 48hrs to redeliver. 3days went by so I contacted them again from the website, submitted for a2nd delivery again. I called them about 5 times before the customer service message stopped looping and saying the same thing without prompting you to choose an reason for your call. Their customer service- they'll put you on hold, cold transfer you to someone you can't understand, and the AI emails just keep coming with empty promises and lies!
Claimed loss: I really Needed/Wanted my clothes and shoes that I needed for a trip and order in plenty of time to be received prior as I received all other purchased items from other couriers in time.
Desired outcome: I want my package or a refund for my pain and suffering of not receiving my package and constantly being lied to via AI emails they send out randomly and the awful non-emphatic customer service I received..
