Extremely professional & friendly. Did an excellent job of retrieving all of my data from a dead hard drive. Answered every question I had, and stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. Pricing was reasonable.

I was very impressed with the service provided and they keep you informed with the progress. All the staff that I dealt with were very courteous and friendly to deal with. Would highly recommend them if you have problem in recovering items.

My experience with iCube was great. I had recently moved and in the process, an external Hard Drive decided to crash after I got moved into my new place. "ICube Development" were professional, quick, and a data recovery had to be started. They explained to me exactly what they were doing simply with no confusion, they gave the price. I thought a little high but it is what it is. They saved 100% of my data which was crucial to a company I'm starting. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them without hesitation should this ever happen again.

Cam U Back in September I had a hard drive on my mac fail. Apple said it likely was not repairable (needless to say up until that time I thought I had everything backed but never checked. At the time i figured i had lost all of my data (including family pictures). I called up iCube Development and they reassured there was hope. I took the computer in and within a day they confirmed the hard drive was gone, but indicated they would be able to retrieve most if not all of my data. Within two days they were complete. Everyone I dealt with were extremely friendly and professional I could not asked for anything better, even the Thank you card from Matthew was a nice personal touch.

We had an external hard drive crash, which contained many pictures of our daughter who just had recently passed away at 6 yrs of age. iCube was able to recover 100% of the data on our hard drive. They completed our request quickly and kept us informed on the process every step of the way. Given the circumstances, they even offered us compassionate pricing (without us requesting it). Even if we paid the full charges on the quoted cost, the amount was still significantly less than several large chains were quoting us. What can I say about iCube Development (Calgary)? The team there is EPIC! My desktop computer suddenly failed to recognize my personal hard drive (data only, no OS) over the weekend, and I panicked as I didn't have a backup of the personal files, photos, documents, and everything else accumulated over a decade of non-stop computer use. Where to go…what to do? I walked into iCube on Monday morning (November 16) and was promptly greeted by a polite gentleman who took all of my details and accepted my drive for a free, no-obligation appraisal. I expected I wouldn't hear from anyone for a few days, but Matthew called me that afternoon and informed me of a hardware failure on the drive, provided me with a quote, and explained what he and his team at iCube would be doing to recover my data. I asked them to proceed, then dropped off a new portable drive the following morning as they require a clean, packaged new drive on which to place the recovered data. Several hours later they called to inform me that the transfer was complete and that I could pick up my new drive any time. I hurried over with my laptop in tow as I wanted to double-check the portable drive and all the files. Sure enough, everything was there. My heartfelt thanks to Matthew, Kaylee, and the entire team at iCube who are worth their weight in gold. You can shop around and try to find a “deal", or you can go with the experts at iCube who delivered on every front. Remember, you get what you pay for. I can't recommend the iCube team highly enough.
