When challenged Cotosen will tell you the money has been return ,or will take very long time to get you're refund , after they say have lost you're order ,( as my case never replay to my e mails , never refund the money back ) the BIGE'S RIP OF OF THE CENTURY ,

Another monumental lie as they have a library of pre written generic responses to avoid payment and not address the actual act of theft.

They must have a small army of autobots who do nothing to resolve problems, and just keep sending the same avoidance emails.

Don’t be fooled / scammed by Cotosen.

If theft, lies, or deceit were Olympic events then Cotosen would take Gold, Silver, and Bronze in all of them.

This is a well planned programme of misrepresentation that ends up costing the customer and no chance of refund or reimbursement.

If you fill an online order and wish to check it before sending you will be trapped by the programme and your enquiry will be converted to an order and shipping charges and tax illegally added.

The advertising that clearly states that any order over US$ 99.00 is shipping free is an outrageous lie to convince you to place the order.

When challenged Cotosen will tell you the money has been used to pay for the shipping and will be refunded after delivery of the goods.

The clothes on Cotosen's website look really good, I have to say. The design is on point and the rugged looks of the ads really caught my eye. As an outdoors person, I was excited to see that the clothes would be perfect for my move to Colorado. I decided to order 4 items, 3 shirts, and a jacket. However, it took a very long time to receive them, it felt like they could have come directly from China.

When I finally received my order, I was disappointed to see that the material was very thin and flimsy. It was not what I was expecting from the pictures on the website. But the worst part was yet to come. I noticed that the elbow patches were not on the elbow, they were around the inside of the arm. I couldn't believe it, I thought to myself, "No way!" But it was true, everything was not in the right place and the items were not made correctly.

I have read mixed reviews about Cotosen, some people love it, and some people hate it. Unfortunately, I fall into the latter category. I won't ever order from them again, and I won't even bother asking to return anything. I have learned my lesson, and I need to be more careful when buying clothes online. I need to buy American-made products for quality assurance.

If you're considering purchasing from Cotosen, please use caution. My experience with this company was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

The pictures of the t-shirts on their website look nothing like what I received. The color and quality were both poor, and did not match the high expectations that were set. When I reached out to customer service to inquire about the missing shirt, it took another entire month to finally receive it. That's three months to receive all of my items!

To add insult to injury, the prices that Cotosen charges are outrageously high. These t-shirts likely cost the company no more than five dollars, yet they charge thirty dollars per shirt. This is an obvious attempt to overcharge unsuspecting customers, which feels like a total scam.

The return process was complicated, which is another red flag. After realizing that I would not be able to return the items for a refund, I decided to throw them away instead. This whole experience left me feeling like I had been completely robbed.

In conclusion, I would caution anyone against buying from Cotosen. The company does not appear to be honest or ethical, based on my experience as a customer. You can definitely find better quality and more affordable clothing elsewhere.

I had already thrown the flawed shirt into the bin, so they asked me to send it back to them and pay for the postage. Obviously, that was not possible, and they seemed unwilling to understand my predicament.

The process was frustrating, to say the least, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone. They appear to be interested only in profiting and have no concern for their customers' satisfaction. I am contemplating reporting them to the complaintsboard.com and possibly filing a lawsuit to get my money back.

To sum up, I would not suggest shopping from Cotosen as their quality is subpar, and if you face any issues, you may not receive the help you need.

Eager to upgrade my wardrobe, I placed my order and eagerly awaited its arrival. However, upon receiving my order a few weeks later, I was sorely disappointed to find that the items I received hardly bore any resemblance to what was displayed online. The materials, colors, and styles were completely off, and the clothing did not fit as expected. Even though I am an average-sized person, the clothes were either too big or way too small.

Determined to return the clothing, I followed their return policy to the letter, making sure that all items were unused and kept in their original packaging. However, when I reached out to the company for an address to send the items back, they refused to provide any information. Instead, I received a barrage of emails offering me discounts to keep the clothing, rather than adhering to their policy of offering a full refund (minus the shipping costs) within 30 days.

After seven discouraging email exchanges, all of which required 24-hour waiting periods between responses, I finally decided that enough was enough. I reported the issue to my credit card company, and thankfully, they have now taken it upon themselves to investigate the matter.

As someone who has dealt with countless businesses over the years, I can say with certainty that Cotosen is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their bait-and-switch tactics were incredibly disappointing, and their opaque return policies made the entire experience unbearable. Buyer beware!

"Please note: Since we do not have a pre-paid return label, kindly send us the copy of return receipt once you are done on that process. Then we will refund your payment immediately once we verified."

I was immensely disappointed and had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

I believe that Cotosen has a lot of work to do in terms of improving the quality of their products and making their return policy more customer-friendly. I was really impressed with the fashion line showcased on Cotosen's website. The clothing looked unique and stylish, so I decided to splurge and purchase some "winter weight" sweatshirts. To my dismay, I received the items much later than expected - it took almost a month for them to arrive. When I opened the package, I noticed that two of the sweatshirts were not as described in their ads. The fabric was thin and felt like t-shirts rather than sweatshirts. I also found elbow patches sewn on the side of the sleeves which was quite disappointing.

Naturally, I reached out to Cotosen asking for a paid return label as the items were not as described. However, instead of a hassle-free return process, I was constantly asked to send SKU's, pictures and identify the items I wanted to return even though I had already provided the order number in my email. To make matters worse, Cotosen refused to pay for the return shipping.

I couldn't believe it when they told me to send the items back and notify them when it had been delivered. It was absurd and made me feel like they were only making excuses. I've come to realize this is just the kind of behavior I should have expected from a scam-based company operating out of Hong Kong. My experience with them has been nothing but an endless stream of disappointment, and I'd never do business with these people again. I urge everyone to avoid Cotosen since their website images are nothing but click baits designed to lure unsuspecting customers. I should have been more cautious and checked for feedback before making a purchase.

I recently made a purchase from Cotosen and I must say I was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered four tops on December 4th, 2022 as Christmas presents for my loved ones. However, I didn't receive anything until January 7th and to make matters worse, only three of the four tops arrived.

To add insult to injury, the quality of the items I received was not at par with what I had seen on their website. I couldn't help but wonder if they take pictures of high-quality items they source elsewhere and then send their customers a cheaper, low-quality version instead.

Upon realizing that one of my orders was missing, I immediately began sending emails to their customer service team. After many back-and-forth emails, I finally received a fourth top but it wasn't what I had ordered and it wasn't even the correct size! To my utter disbelief, they refused to send me the product I had initially ordered or give me a full refund. Instead, they wanted me to settle for less than half the price of the item.

It wasn't until PayPal got involved that I received a full refund for my purchase. This was quite frustrating and time-consuming for me, to say the least. Despite the experience I had with Cotosen, I believe it is important to state that the transaction ID was 0NH***YP***T and took place on December 3rd, 2022 at 14:16:16 CST. The merchant was ORDERPLUS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and the email address provided was ***@yoyosfashion.com. The contact number was ***5702.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Cotosen and urge others to be cautious when making a purchase from their site. Their customer service was poor and the quality of the products received were not up to par.

I placed an order with them on December 9th with the hope of receiving my two long-sleeve t-shirts in time for Christmas. I was willing to pay for expedited shipping to make that happen. However, when the order acknowledgment came through, I realized that they had only given me standard shipping, which meant that my items would not arrive by December 25th.

As there were no phone numbers available for customer service, I had to communicate through email to try and rectify the situation. Eventually, they informed me that I had to cancel and reorder, which meant losing the sale price and paying an additional fee for the expedited shipping. I agreed to this, thinking that it would at least guarantee that I received my items in time for Christmas.

However, when I received the shipment confirmation on December 14th, I was dismayed to find out that my products had drop-shipped from China. They were to arrive, by air, nine days later, and only cleared customs on December 25th at LAX. Even as of today, January 12th, my products are still in transit from Newark, NJ – 29 days after they had shipped.

In conclusion, I would advise anyone against dealing with Cotosen. They do not represent themselves as a front for Chinese goods on their site, and they do not honor their shipping commitments. It is a scam company that can only bring frustration to those who wish to purchase from them.

My experience with Cotosen (cotosen.com) was extremely disappointing and I must say I was extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of their goods and their service.

After placing an order for 3 items on 8th January, I had to wait a month longer to receive an incomplete order with only one shirt arriving instead of three. The shirt I did receive was of very poor quality, with buttons but no button holes, which was a clear indication of the shoddy workmanship.

The ordering and tracking system of Cotosen is equally poor. Even after receiving one of the shirts, the status of my order showed 'unshipped' for all three items on their website. Many days later, when I finally received a tracking number, it was completely useless as there was no carrier associated with it. The worst part was the contact system on their website, which seemed to be non-existent as my messages were sent off into a 'black hole' with no record of them being sent or any response received.

Frankly, I feel that Cotosen is attempting to take advantage of the Covid situation to cover up their shoddy service and poor quality goods. It almost seems like they are preparing goods on order and taking payments in advance. I requested a refund of $84, which included shipping, but I am not optimistic about getting it.

In conclusion, I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Cotosen. It is without a doubt the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

I recently purchased 6 shirts from cotosen.com and had mixed feelings about the quality of the products. While 5 out of 6 shirts were acceptable, I found one of them to be highly disappointing as it had no collar! It was my favorite shirt and it was really disheartening to see that the collar was not sewn in. The neck area just had a raw edge of fabric, making it unusable. I have included a picture of it below for reference, and it was quite funny to see. But thankfully, the site did refund my money after putting in a complaint with Paypal, although they did attempt to "negotiate" a partial refund which was not acceptable to me.

Regarding the rest of the shirts, the material used is of the silky/satin type and the printing was done nicely. One of the reasons I liked the shirts was that the graphics were placed on the front, back, and sleeves, making it unique. However, I found that the inside of the shirt lacks finishing and the edges also looked unfinished. There were threads hanging around everywhere, making the overall quality quite amateurish.

Although the sizes are true, with XL being sent to America as an American XL, I found it ironic that all the clothes were pro-America, with graphics and texts about guns and being proud of the country, yet it was all made in China.

In conclusion, I would not recommend cotosen.com based on my experience. Although the sizes were accurate, the quality of the shirts was not up to the mark. While they could improve the quality of their products, it could make a huge difference in the future.
