If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I ordered a parcel from a company in China. This is the second time I’ve been placed with Uni Express. The first time was ok. However, this time is not the case. First of all, the tracking is a nightmare. You can track your package on Uni express website, and also on the website for a company called “***” I’m not sure how these are connected. The tracking info is all different, not updated in a timely manner at all. This alone causes a lot anxiety after reading countless negative reviews for both companies, here on ComplaintsBoard.com and all over ***. So many lost packages, months waiting while parcels sit in warehouses, rude customer service etc. But I hoped for the best. My package sat in the warehouse for a few days, so I emailed Uni express to ask them if it was possible to just come pick my package up from their warehouse to avoid waiting longer. Really, I just wanted to bypass the delivery so my package didn’t go missing like so many others. They responded the next day, saying my package was delivered at 10:40 am, and attached an extremely useless photograph of a mans torso holding my parcel in an indecipherable location saying it was proof of delivery. Literally the photo was zoomed in so much, you could only see the package and the guys chest and hand. I live in a high rise condo with a concierge and a mail room, so I went downstairs to investigate. There was no package with the concierge and no package in the mail room. I emailed Uni express again, asking them to tell me where they left the parcel as I couldn’t find it and the photo wasn’t very useful. They replied with a photo of an entirely different parcel at an entirely different house! I told them I live in a high rise condo and that was obviously not my place or package, and they replied with the same photo they sent of the mans torso holing my package. I emailed them again, asking for assistance on finding my package, as the same photo was not helpful, and they told me they confirmed with the driver that the driver had called me, and buzzed my buzzer, and “one of my families” came down to get it. They instructed me to check with all members of my household and if I can’t find it, initiate an investigation/refund with the company I purchased from. I would have believed that, except I LIVE ENTIRELY ALONE, all of my family lives in another country, my phone call logs are empty, not one call today from anyone, and my buzzer, which is also connected to my phone, didn’t ring either. So either the company is being dishonest or the driver is being dishonest. I told them the driver is not correct, that I live alone and no phone calls came in, and they changed their story saying to check with the front desk if they have received my parcel, which I had already done. Still no idea where my package is, extremely frustrated with this courier who seemingly gets away with straight up robbing peoples parcels and getting away with it. ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I received a delivery attempt sticker on my apartment building door on Saturday April 11. On it, it said they had come at 7:50 am and there was no response. I was home, they never rang the buzzer for my apartment. The sticker says I now have to pick up my parcel in Richmond with in 30 days. I call the phone number on the sticker its a recording telling you to call before coming to get your parcel and for more assistance press extension ***, no one ever picks up, there is no operator, it goes in a loop. I have tried several times to reach them leaving messeges, no one responds. I don’t understand why they would not buzz my apartment, now I can’t get my package.
2nd time that a package has been sent using this sorry excuse for a delivery service. I wish vendors would use better companies for deliveries. It pretty much went the same way as the first package. Their driver comes, doesn't even try and simply leaves a "missed delivery package", when you call, they say that the driver called but no such call ever came in, I have been home ALL day for both deliveries. Both times they've said they'll re-deliver in a few days, only to NOT show up. I've called to ask where my package is and they say that the package is at the warehouse in Burnaby and I should go pick it up or they'll deliver 4 days later and it's a paid second delivery. It is infuriating that their drivers don't try and the company doesn't care. Too bad there's no option for minus 5 stars. Now I was told they'd get someone to deliver my package TODAY, which I'm expecting to go the same way my first package went "the will not deliver it or even try, then tell me tomorrow that the driver ran out of time and couldn't make it to the warehouse to pick it up and they'll still set it up for Saturday". It's so hard to understand them and they don't care about your package.

I ordered a product from a company which was to be shipped by Uni Express. I have been in communication with Uni Express about my package on Tuesday March 23rd, when a uni express employee told me my package will be in my hands by Friday morning. I have been waiting since MARCH 12 since it arrived ti the warehouse for my package to arrive. What made it more annoying was the fact that my friend ordered 2 weeks after me and recieved her package while I’m waiting. Today, the day where I was promised to receive it, it says forwarded to 3rd party on my tracking page on Uni Express which I can clearly see I have been lied to. Where is my package? I will definitely not be ordering with a company shipping with Uni Express again

My package arrived in my area but had to be rerouted to their warehouse due to an address problem. It has now been 7 weeks with no activity and this is after 6 emails and 3 phone calls where I was told they will get a 2nd delivery attempt out within 7 days. This "company" shouldn't exist.
