United States Postal Service [USPS] review: Mail is not being delivered to my PO Box

On March 20, 2026 I ordered a purse from Amazon. It was delivered on March 27, 2026 and left in a parcel locker. I never got a key or a number for the parcel locker. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told that they had lost all of the keys and didn't know where my package was. I went to Amazon and requested a replacement and received that package.

On Monday, May 4, 2026 I received an informed delivery message with a picture of the envelope. The return address on the envelope was FIS EBT CardPro with a Food Stamp Card Enclosed. This envelop was never put in the PO Box. Someone at the post office is keeping Food Stamp Cards for themselves? I reached out to have the card replaced but have never received the 2nd one either.

One June 1, 2026 I received a notice that a package from Temu was delivered to my PO Box but I have never received that one either.

My sister mailed me a 1st class enveloped addressed correctly, but that envelope was marked "Return to Sender - Attempted - Not Known - Unable to Forward

What is going on at the Dillon, CO post office. Why is mail not being delivered to PO Boxes. Why are packages not being delivered to the PO Boxes.
